Part 1
Dhruv was shown talking to Nikhil that he must be feeling better now!!He will soon get well!!Then Nikhil went on saying,how does it matter to a person who doesn't want to live!!To which Dhruv said Mr.Tandon I can give you the lige,but you yourself have to find an aim for your life!! Then Dhruv left,Ananya entered the hospital chori chupe, for taking interview of Anand Tandon.She kept hiding from security guards and Dhruv,midway!!Then she watched Nikhil looking at some photograph (which was of hers and Anushka) ,but she couldn't see his face!!Then a security guard came and she hides again.After he left she entered Nikhil's room but Nikhil had already left by now to meet Anushka as it was her bday!!She saw the frame upside down,she was about to see the frame but Nurse and she raised the alarm!!Ananya was now leaving,but just then Dhruv with guards and doctors came.He was shocked to see Ananya and blamed her for helping out Mr.Tandon to run!!He said I knew you can go to any lengths to get a cover story,now you are happy!!And then he grasped her with his hands and while talking he forgot how close he is to her!!Anu was confused and shocked to see him like this.You have recieved the sensational news but I am not going to leave you Ms.Sachdev!!Then he realised how hard has he grasped her and backed off, turned his face from her!!
Ananya the started off and said that you are not even in your own control at this time!!Your frustations proves that you have failed.A doctor who can't even keep alive the desire to live in his patient,won't be able to keep his patient alive!!You patient wouldn't have ran away if instead of keeping him locked in a room you would have instilled that trust of his in yourself!!Dr.Dhruv Mehra you are a failure!!And she left Dhruv in anger!!
Part 2
Nikhil came home to meet Anushka,while doing that Ananya saw her and said"How dare you come here?"He tried to explain but she didn't let him do that!!She thrown him out of his house saying you have no right on Anushka and don't even try to come to my life again.You are nobody to me or this house!!Nikhil was broken and he left!!(I felt bad for him poor thing)
Part 3
Nikhil came back to hospital and went to Dhruv, Dhruv was about to scold him but then remembered Ananya's words of trust and stuff!!He kept quiet.Nikhil went on and apologised for what he did.He said I went to my own people, but now I realised that they are not my own anymore. I don't matter to them anymore,they don't need me,they don't love me.Its only you who want me,need me becoz you want to treat me!!Only you are there who cares for me!!Nikhil was really broken and hurt!!Then he went to his room!!Dhruv realised that Ananya wasn't involved in Nikhil's running away from hospital.
At Ananya's home they were celebrating Anushka's birthday.Then doorbell ring, Anu opened the door and Dhruv was on the door!!Episode enede on their faces!!
