prem is anu and pre's son they had him because sneha needed bone marrow and no one was a match then he was kidnapped and came back 20 years later, at this time pre and rishabh had a driver and he had a daughter called mukti, mukti looked to prerna as a mother figure. mukti and prem clashed on everything what they did there attitudes and ideals. but slowly and steadily they fell for eachother but by then it was too late just when things were about to start for them mukti dieed in a car accident
