everyday update ofcourse not possible, but i'll try to update whenever i can :) it's also my way of relaxing from all the exam stress. i enjoy writing it a lot :)

PART 8

Niharika's first day at her new office was very very nice. Set-up of new office and kick-off of her new project happened without any glitches. Her own modest but classy cabin was on the same floor as Rishabh, Tushar, Mahesh and Prerna's cabins, making her the only non-Bajaj to hold a cabin on that floor. Prerna went to office in the afternoon and was surprised to see the cabin being occupied by somebody. She stormed into Rishabh's office.
"Mr.Bajaj? Aap ne woh cabin kisi aur ko kaise di?" She questioned angrily.
"Kaun si cabin?" Rishabh was irritated with this sudden disturbance.
"The one opposite Mahesh's cabin..I had kept that one for sneha.."
"So what's the big deal..Sneha can take any other empty cabin, if and when she joins the office..right now she is too busy taking care of omi, I don't think she is even going to join this office."
"Lekin-"
"Prerna- choti choti baaton ka itna issue banaana jaruri nahi hain. I have given that cabin to Niharika. She is handling a very important project for me." Rishabh said calmly.
Prerna looked at him angrily. When they moved into this new headquarters, they had both hand-picked and kept that cabin exclusively reserved for sneha. How could Mr.Bajaj give Sneha's cabin to someone else? Niharika can also sit in any other empty cabin.

"Prerna-I have some people waiting for me in another room. plz excuse me." Rishabh left his room. Prerna was annoyed- he had given sneha's cabin to some employee..and he didnt seem to regret it at all.

Prerna bumped into Niharika in the main lobby after some time. Niharika smiled at her. Prerna smiled back. "Nice saree" Niharika complimented her before getting into the elevator. Prerna sorta liked Niharika..she seemed to be a sweet person..very different from Prerna's own persona..but it was very difficult not to like Niharika Aggarwal. Even for Prerna Bajaj.

Niharika reached home in the evening. She was surprised to see her niece Aditi in the house.
Aditi was her husband's elder sister's daughter. Though Niharika had separated from Priydarshan Mittal, they still were very cordial and nice to each other. Priydarshan was in London, where their son Aryaveer was also studying.

"You have to stay here for a week atleast." Niharika said after they finished dinner. She was very fond of Aditi.
"No Chachi. I have come on a quick 2 days visit." Aditi declared.
"I have to go back to Delhi to be with my best friend. Poor thing..she is going through a family crisis. Her dad is leaving her mom for a woman he met just a few months ago-" Aditi said angrily.
"Imagine- at this age- when he has three college-going children- my friend's mom is so depressed- If I find that other woman somewhere- I swear I'll slap her-"
Niharika was getting a bit uncomfortable.
"What's that other woman's fault in this? It's ur friend's father's decision-"
"Come on Chachi. That woman has NO BUSINESS messing up a marriage. She should have at least thought about the children. How selfish and cruel she is-" Aditi went on bashing the woman.
After Aditi went back to Delhi the next day, Niharika went to office. Aditi's words had stayed with her still.

Other woman...messing up a marriage..she should have at least thought abt the children..

suddenly she felt her hands and feet sweating in the AC office. She thought about her situation and took an important decision- she was going to SAVE Rishabh and Prerna's marriage, and not mess it up. "I will reunite them." She thought to herself.

Rishabh came out of his office accompanying an important group of people after a long meeting. The meeting had gone well..ever since Niharika had set up her office in Bajaj HQ, somehow everything was falling in place..Rishabh smiled to himself as he thought of Niharika.Before going back to his own cabin, he knocked on Niharika's door and walked in after she said 'come in'.
"Hi..." she smiled.
"Oh..u must have come for those legal documents..I am so sorry I forgot to give you those documents-" she said.
"Yeah..I want to see the legal stuff-" Rishabh said tentatively.
she gave him the file.
He took the file and pretended to check the papers.
Actually, he had spare copies of all these documents and he had already gone through them. The papers were all perfect. But he couldn't tell Niharika- "I have not come for any documents. I have just come to see you..talk to you..watch you play with your beautiful hair..watch you smile..smell the fragrance you are wearing.."

"Why don't you sit down Rishabh? It's ur own building.." She said with a smile.
He sat down on a chair and continued to read the documents.

She looked at him..he is just so handsome..so perfect..so adorable..somehow, she told herself to focus on her new mission- Rishabh-Prerna Reunion.

"Rishabh..mujhe aap se kuch baat karni hain..if you have some time right now.."
He looked at his watch. There was a video conference starting in 5 minutes, but he was curious to know what she wanted to discuss.
"Haan..bolo na.."
"Well..I want to discuss about you and Prerna."
Rishabh was surprised. "Prerna?"
"Haan Rishabh. See- once upon a time u both loved each other, right? To phir..woh pyar wapas kyun nahi laut sakta?"
"Niharika..what the-"
"Rishabh..you must try to revive your marriage. And I am going to help you in that." Niharika announced proudly as if she was going to reunite India and Pakistan or something.
Rishabh stared at her. She was looking so cute..so demure..so beautiful..
"Rishabh..aap aisa karenge na..?"
He was busy staring at her.
"RISHABH!"
"haan..kya keh rahi ho tum.." He reluctantly stopped his no-nonsense staring and tried to pay attention to whatever she was saying.
"A woman loves to be pampered. She loves the attention. Give that to Prerna." Niharika said softly.
"Niharika..yeh kya keh rahi ho tum..yeh sab-"
"Nahi Rishabh.. LISTEN to me." She said excitedly.
"haan bolo."
"I know you. You are very unromantic. I remember when we were together, you used to be so focused on ur studies, ur business, ur cricket- u had no time for me."
"I clearly remember that SOMEONE used to make me wait for HOURS outside her house."
"That was DIFFERENT. I had to look for right opportunity to sneak out of the house. Anyway, my point is- you have to be romantic, if you want to get Prerna's attention."
"You have NO idea how much romantic I am when I am with Prerna." Rishabh was getting annoyed now. Then he narrowed his eyes and asked in a whisper-"Should I tell you-"
"WHHHAATT? NOOOO. plzzzzz. I don't want to know THAT - what rubbish. Rishabh aap bhi na-" Niharika was annoyed.
He smirked and said lazily-"Good! So just stay out of this."
"No. I am going to help you." She said stubbornly.
Rishabh was now reading the legal documents again. He was afraid she would notice his constant staring and get offended.
"Yeh kya hain? Main aap se baat kar rahi hu aur aap..keep the papers aside." She demanded.
He kept the papers down reluctantly and said in a resigned voice- "haan bolo main sun raha hu."
"You have to impress Prerna in style. uumm..why don't we make a plan-" Niharika pulled a notepad in front of her and grabbed some pens.
Rishabh just kept staring at her- she was looking so sweet in her 'let's make a new plan' mood.

Niharika spoke as she wrote down her plan- "As first step, I'll tell you a few simple things, Ok? Task 1-Send her flowers. Red roses to be precise. Perfect formula for romance.
Task 2- Gift her a nice jewelry piece of YOUR choice. There is a shop called 'jevar' at the turn of this road. That'll be perfect.
and Task 3- Write a PERSONALISED card for her.

Hhhmm..I guess this is good as first step. We dont want to overdo anything u know..Ok so this is ur homework for the day." Niharika was now pleased with herself.

Rishabh yawned. He had no interest in this. Niharika tore the paper from notepad, and gave it to Rish.
His phone beeped."Video Conference time. I have to go." he said. She nodded. He left. He had not even bothered to collect the paper on which she had written down his tasks. She made a paper ball out of it and threw it into the dustbin. The Rishabh-Prerna patch-up was not going to be an easy task.

thasnkuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu uneha and its more then jus time pass and if u wish u can kill ur time everyday like this, I wont complain
