Surendra Pal turns to filmmaking

After playing Dronacharya in Mahabharat, Surendra Pal has now turned to production and direction of films with Viraj Sagar Entertainment Pvt Ltd and Dronacharya Films Presents' Bhojpuri venture Apna Bahini Se Hamara Biyah Kara Dai Na. The muhurat of the film was recently held at Krishna Studios with the recording of a song penned by Bipin Bahar. It was set to tune by Dhananjay Mishra. In all, there are ten songs in the film which has story idea by Surendra Pal and Manoj Tiwari and is written by Dharmendra Ojha.

Comprising Manoj Tiwari, Geeta Tyagi, Shweta Tiwari, Mukesh Khanna, Gajendra Chauhan, Surendra Pal and Mukesh Tiwari in the starcast, the film will be shot at Benaras, Mirzapur, Bhadohi and Lucknow.
