Hey guys Prerna cannot be Maya, cause if she is, she must be the fastest woman alive, to get from outside in garden into the house and not even breathless, all before Aparna gets back into house.
And also, after Prerna was shot, Aparna was chatting with Maya, when Maya left to go upstairs, less then 2 secs later, the door bell rang. Aparna opened the door and it was Maya/Prerna.
Unless Prerna is a member of the X-Men group, where she can teleport real quick, I don't think that this is possible.
