I'll tell you why - Julu and I have a theory:

Mon-Thurs, people watch Kahaani these days, which comes on at 10 pm IST. Kyunki is on @ 10.30 pm, which means that the Kahaani watchers must leave the telly on after it ends and just watch Kyunki for the sake of it. I'm not saying that EVERYONE who watches Kyunki only does so out of boredom, obvi it does have SOME loyal fands. On Friday, there is no Kahaani, so only the really loyal Kyunki fans will watch that, and by default, Kasauti is the second-most watched show on Star...

I think this is true because otherwise we wouldn't have Kasauti number 1 EVERY Friday - it doesn't look like a fluke to me...

With me yea, I dont watch KGGK but Im a loyal Kyunki.. fan so yea you are right.
And most of the time I do watch KZK. So I guess it depends on the majority!

Well ur theory sounds good, an addition to it...

Maybe on fridays there are no other daily soaps to watch except for ksbkbt, kzk and kth...so since a majority of the population in india are addicted to these seriels, fridays, saturdays and sundays might be very boring for them (atleast for me, there is nothing to do on sat and sunday evenings 😭 )...So on fridays it would be better to watch a seriel u dont like much, than not watching anything at all...and compared to kth, i guess kzk is farrr better....so thats y i guess ppl watch kzk on fridays 😃 !!
