and nikki - this is the title of my essay - describe how breast milk varies from formula milk and explain why might encouraging breastfeeding in the UK be beneficial for public health? the amount of journals ive read about it - i got breast milk ringing through my ears!!

anu wat a topic..i wud say it is a bakwaas one...i don;t find it interesting..and if ur asking for the answer..don't even go htere cause i have no idea wat is the difference or y wud it be beneficial? 😕 sorrie yaar 😭 cudn't help u there

nah i was just telling nikki what the title of my essay was as she had asked...im trying to get the motivation to finish typing it up...its intersting but ive had too much of it this week!!
