Rishi lifts Prerna's face, who was laying her head on his chest and crying. Rishabh looks deeply into Prerna's eyes and without saying a word just asks her to look deep into his eyes and see the unconditional love in his eyes that he has for Prerna. Prerna realizes that there is no man in the world who could love her as much as he does, Rishabh Bajaj.
Kunal is watching is parents looking deep into each other eyes, and he is loving it. He gives a cute smile and decides to leave, thinking that they will figure this out, just like they have been in these past 30 something years.
Kunal leaves the ward, both Rishi and prerna don't even realize that he left, they are lost into each other.

Prerna is happy and has tears in her eyes of happiness, Rishabh who sees her happy, and is happy himself, pretends to be angry and when prerna looks at him she smiles and looks at him as if she is sorry what she has done, and wants forgiveness, she kisses her Rishabh's cheeks and
P: Sorry Mr. Bajaj, aap jaante hai I love you so much, that mein aapko kisike saath baatna bilkool bardaash nahin kar sakti. Aap mujhe maaf nahin karenge?
