actually the prem who dead was prena & anu's older son.Due to prem's dead prena and anu seprated.the the cool prem is their second son who got birth to save snha's live.

me was confused too but got helped, the thing is, the lil prem died long time ago and then sneha was born, she needed a bone marrow, for that, prerna and anurag gave birth to a second prem (manoj). so yup thats about it, if im not wrong

and then after, prem got kidnapped by komo and then at the ending, it comes out that aparna had found prem and then she also told prem different nasty things about anu and prerna, how they were doing wrong to him and stuff, and then prerna finds that out and beats apo*na up and sends her to jail. prem comes back to his real family after prerna concerned him and pleased him so much to come back.

ho[pe this makes thngs claer now, dead prem was kidnapped by others but thorugh shubroto, and then heb was given a lot of anesthesia, anu came with the police and prerna took money frm mr bajaj and went to get prem but afsousrce they took him to the hospital and he was dead coz he was given a lot opf anasethesia 😭 he was so sweet especially when he would say racpchik along with indro 😭
