Okay, ive been in this confusion for years now but kept avoiding it, are there like two prems in kzk?? one dead lil prem (died long time ago) and then this prem, so prerna and anurag had another son after the first prem died? and named the new son prem as well and gave prem in hands of aparna?? wot wot?!

yep first lil prem dies and then pre n anurag had to re-unite ti save sneha coz she needed a bone marrow so they hada nother son prem , then prem bhaiya was kidnapped by komolika and apoarna looked after him , but he's now found n is staying wid pre n bajaj-hpe this clears out the confusion

1st prem dies & 2ns prem comes so tht sneha can survive as she need bone-marrow. 2ns prem was kidnapped by Komolika but went 2 Aparna god knws how & she used him against his own family by putting wrong thoughts in is mind abt his parents

so sneha didnt get bone marrow cuz prem got kidnapped jyst after he got born? and then sneha is prerna's and anurag's daughter? doesnt bajaj have any kids with prerna?

Sneha did get saved by Prem's bone marrow and then Prem was kidnapped as a toddler. Sneha is also Anu/Prenas daughter. bajaj and Prena have only one daughter and her name is Kasak...this character has been missing for a while and presumably entered the black hole of Ekta's forgotten characters.

no she got the bone marrow dats why sheb was aved prem bhaiya was kidnapped a bit later and sneha is anu n prem's daugher bajaj has 1 kis wid prerna and dats kasak but she's away she gone wid tusshar but didnt turn bck
