Sneha's death would change Prem I think after all he was born to save Sneha.He would realise how much he loves his sister and that he is also in some way responsible for ruining lives of two women,Sneha and Mukti,by supporting Sharad in the past.Ultimately,he would admit his love for Mukti to himself and want to be with Mukti....
