well i think there can be following twist

1)prerna realises that she is madly in luv with anu til now,and she is heart broken
2)prerna is given a warning,that if she doesnt leave .bjaja can be killed
3)bajja is the villain and ,prerna cant bear it

Hmmm someone said in another post that Sharad will kill Sneha and Prerna will take his life and so will be imprisoned.I think that's exactly what's gonna happen since Sharad has escaped from the prison.
