First Look: Shobhaa De's Sarrkkar rediff Entertainment Bureau \| April 25, 2005 \| 17:39 IST As television audiences continue to get disenchanted with the banality of soap operas, it's time for some interesting new subjects. Potentially a step in a different direction, Sarrkkar'-- Rishton Ki Ankahi Kahani is a political drama, a story about a woman caught between her family and the power games thrust upon her by high politics. The show stars Divya Seth (centre)'as Priyamvada Veer Pratap Singh, and Ronit Roy (left, who'recently quit his Mr Bajaj role on Kasautii Zindagi Ki) plays her elder son, Kunal. Rohit Roy (right) plays the younger son, Karan. The serial,'written by'Shobhaa De,'premieres with a one-hour special on Zee TV on Monday, April 25.

the article is dated april 25??? nothin had even come out in the media till then about Ronit quittin or ekta havin a prob?? I really wonder wats goin to happen!!
