She really has a beautiful heart. After yesterday's ep, it finally hit me that she really, truly loved Prem. She knew he didn't know the meaning of love, knew she shouldn't tell him... but she did anyways.
Mukti is amazing as a person. I mean she gives SO MUCH in love, and takes nothing! She loved Sneha, and put up with all of Sneha's abuse. I know she will forgive Sneha in a second if (or even if not) Sneha says sorry. It's amazing that she doesn't hold grudes, and puts up with any crap when she loves someone. She was kicked out of the house, but still had no hard feelings. Choti Maa, who Mukti trusted the most, didn't believe her and broke off relations with her... yet Mukti forgave her in a second.
I think she will forgive Prem in a second too, because it'll hurt her as a person to make someone suffer. Remember in January how Prem/Karan humiliated Mukti? Well, later she goes to Prerna and seeing Choti Maa suffer after kicking UD out, Mukti asks her to forgive Prem and bring him back or else she'll never be able to forgive herself. Mukti will forgive Prem...
But loving him again, trusting him again, or respecting him again... that's another matter.
