Post-Episode Analysis

Well, today saw the start of the court case and as we all expected, it was only the beginning...I liked the little flashback scene between Bajaj and Prerna but I couldn't help but wonder that it was just a ploy to prolong the whole damn track...Prerna's lawyer doesn't seem so bad as of yet but who knows whats in store for the next few days...

Mahesh is as usual very good at what he does but I am hoping that he is secretly rooting for Prerna to win...as a lawyer he may not want to lose the case but as a devar and as a human being who knows the difference between right and wrong, surely he must want Prerna to beat him...

Prem is still on the fence though at least he is thinking about everything and reevaluating his priorities...I am certain that at the right time, he will do the right thing...

It seems as if Prerna's lawyer is currently ahead in the case, but as we all know, Ekta likes her righteous characters to suffer, so either we shall see that the lawyer is evil, or we shall surely see him dramatically close to losing the case...esp. since Mukti is now on the stand and will be testifying tomorrow...Mahesh will surely shred her and we may see many tears

Prerna is sure to give a wonderful but tearful bhashan one of these days...and there will be more tension between her and Jai-Veeru...

I'm wondering whether they've kept Karan hidden in a safe place, because there is always the possibility that he will be kidnapped or murdered (he's not really a main character and not important enough to not sacrifice to prolong the story). Either that or he will turn hostile and claim that he saw nothing...

Indro has been absent for a while, wondering if he can contribute anything to the case?

For a guy who claimed that he would always stand by Mukti and get her justice (for whatever reasons), Shravan has been AWOL for quite some time...wonder if he will make an appearance...ohh!!! What if this lawyer is sent by Shravan???

The case will most likely drag on for the rest of next week and the week after...i think that tomorrow will be Mukti's evidence, lots of shocked faces shown every five minutes, a character-assassination by Mahesh, tears from Mukti and perhaps an out-of-turn outburst from Prerna...and then next week will see Sharad defending himself...all "witnesses" coming forward to defend him....but Prem will be called up to the stand last and his testimony could (probably will) make or break the case...

Oh I think you spot on. They're probably gonna stretch the courtroom drama out for atleast the next fortnight, if not the next month...

And I'm seriously wondering about Karan. Sure he's told Prerna that he'll testify, but there is all probabilty of him turning hostile. What will happen to the case then? Hopefully Prem to the rescue... After all they've been showing Prem in an introspective mode these days... But I'm sure whether to start cheering or not, since there have been moments earlier too when we thought he'd finally seen light, and nothing came of it...

As for Jai-Veeru, those two are so stubborn that they don't even want to consider the possibility of Prerna-Mukti-Sam telling the truth. They don't wanna see their precious brat hurt, don't want her marriage broken, so they won't even bother searching for the truth. And if nothing else, they know Mukti was raped... there is no doubt about that. If they're sooo sure that its not Sharad, why aren't they out looking for the actual rapist. The rape happened at the Bajaj house... all said and done, its his responsibilty to find the perpetuator, even more urgently now because his daughter life and future hangs in the balance. Nope, but all Anu-Bajaj want to do it place it all under wraps...

Hey i was jus finkin the exact same fing about sharvan an the lawyer! I guess g8 minds fink alike 😉
But he has seriously been missin 4 along time. I guessing that karan goes missin an that sharvan finds/saves him at the last minute. But i also fink that theres gna be an intresting twist in the track. Its 2 do wit wot mahesh said 2day about mukti havin consenul sex. Im guessing that it will be proven that sumfing sexual did happen between sharad an mukti, but sharad's gna claim that it was wit her permission. Now that wud really make fings intresting cos how is mukti gna prove that it wasn't?

no way sharad wont say that e spet with mukti or that it was her choice....but somthing really terrble is gonna happen..then superwoman is goin to give a really gud long bashan 😉
