hey which Prem has returned the one who was supposed to save sneha or the prem who dies before sneha was born.
p.s ive just watched kasauti in england and prerna gives birth to a boy and names him prem then how did kasak come into the picture.
iam really confused and would appreciate it if sum1 replied

This is the second prem,the one who saved sneha's life.And kasak is bajaj prerna's daughter,she will come to the picture soon
