Confusion, confusion

ok, in today's ep, prem got to the informant before mukti, which made me think that maybe he's the criminal and worried about mukti getting his photo. BUT, he said "tum meri family ki photos..."--the word family implies that a) its not him--maybe tushar or sharad and/or b) that he wants to defend his family...if he wanted to destroy them, he could have let mukti find out about whoever it was...also, before the informant guy turned around, he had this evil look on his face like he would have done something if mukti had arrived (maybe kidnapped her or something?) Maybe that guy was sent there by the rapist to make Mukti think that he had information, but in actual fact he was going to make sure she dropped her case? what if sharad's dad sent him there? and what if prem knew that and so decided to get rid of the guy to stop him hurting mukti? long shot, mybe, but ekta has been known to fool her audience into believing one thiing when it is actually another. also, prem had told the first guy (the one mukti met in the lift) "ke use (mukti ko) haat mat lagaana". either he said that because it would implicate him further, i.e. physical abuse would provide more evidence against him OR (and i am really holding out for this one) he actually truly doesn't want to hurt her. What say guys?

also, in the precap they showed mukti and prem standing but neither of them said a word--what if we find out that prem and mukti were both involved in pretending that it was him and now he's found the truth from that guy? too far-fetched?? what do you think?

OH!! i just realised something--when he said meri family, do you reckon he might have meant mukti? i know he doesn't actually think of her as anything other than a driver's daughter, but what if the rapist was someone outside the family, i.e. shravan/someone else?

You have a valid point. On one hand Prem really wants to ruin the Bajajs and the Basus, and on the other hand he's threatening and hitting a man who he thinks is going to disgrace his family? What family? Prem has vowed to himself that he has no family!

So is this a soft corner for his family all of a sudden? Or the marking of a new change? I think everything is being done and planned by Shravan and I bet the PIC which that guy has is of Sharad!!!

i think so too, but i am so goddamn confused by Prem's behaviour--if only we knew one way or another--whether he is evil or not, then at least we could understand what was going on. but here, on the one hand, he does and says horrible things to mukti, and then on the other hand, he talks all this crap about family etc etc. maybe he's just pissed off that his entire plan for taking bajaj's property and throwing them out of the house has been so postponed by this stupid rape track...who knows....

Also, when the informant guy turned around and saw Prem, he looked shocked and said "aap?" as if he knew him. correct me if i am wrong, but they've never met before (at least not that we've seen), right? so does the guy only know him from the newspapers/media, or is there something else going on?

Dont think so much. As the saying goes-"Ekta and logic dont go together"- It's just one of those stupid tracks which nobody really wanted to see. Mukti's character is just so weak and annoying and now Prem is really getting on my nerves- if this carries on for sometime more- I am quitting watching this show- leave updating it for sure!!

Gawddd--such a horrible track this is! The only conclusion is that Prem has had a change of heart since Rishabh's been so kind to him;))) LOL!

Ekta loves to do this! Before she always played ping pong with Prerna- does she love Bajaj or Anurag...now she is playing ping pong with Prem- is he good or is he bad!
