HELP!!!PKP video doesnt work!

heyyy!!!!

this is to the person who posted the video of pkp episode of manoj n tina...first of all thanks a lot !!! but there's a prob...wen i open the file i can only hear the sound , there's no video...am i the only 1 facing this prob or is it the same for the rest of u who downloaded it??

it took almost 2 n half hours to download n in the end i didnt get to see the video😭😭

hey, i think there may be a problem with your player--i.e. that you are missing a codec...do you have windows media player? PM me and i will try to help you.

ok, if you guys have windows media player...then play the link in it, and you will get only sound...right-click on the file name at the side of the player (the one that will be lit up in orange with an exclamation mark)..click on "Error details" and a pop-up window will come, click on "More Information" and read the name of the codec you are missing...there will be a link to a website where you can download that particular codec...go to that link and download the specific codec/codec package...once it has been downloaded, run the file on your pc and install it. THEN try clicking on the video file again. it should now work. IF it doesn't, please PM me rather than leaving messages here, so that i can deal with this directly..rather than making too many posts! Let me know how you get on!😉
