help me with my problems

Hi everyone...i m kinda new in forum so i don't know some stuff..i know that all of u guys r soo nice n friendly..first of all i want to make friends here.coz i know u r all so nice..n second i need some help with posting pictures (i don't know how to do that) n videos n like i want to add something to my profile but i donno how!!!!n i want to put a pic where my nam eis..but i can't do any of these things😭.....i hope hope that some one tells me how to do it i will be very thankful to u guys. plsssssssssssssssssssssss ok thanx bye😊
