Even Anurag thought of Prerna when he was married to Aparna😡 Basically, Anu has never kept any of his wives happy. When he was marrried to Komo, he still lved Prerna so he couldn't be entirely faithful to komo. Then initially, he & Prerna were happy but then after Prem they started fighting. Then whe he was married to Aparna, he used to again think of Prerna b'coz he felt that she had betrayed him!
