Good points Somia!! Everyone should go to jail...why do these people always get away with things just because they have power!! even the police behavior changes with the power of the people involved...how could they let Anurag hit someone in custody, how could they let bajaj put drugs in ud's place...

anyways...as long as Prem becomes positive and begs for forgiveness I don't care...I will be highly disappointed if otherwise!! Prem besides Sneha (among the younger gen) is the only person who has touched my heart with his acting capabilities...then Tina comes in who I really like...so I am looking forward to some exciting episodes!!

Exactly my point! Life is not black and white. If you put yourself in Prerna's shoes, you would realize why she made that decision of supporting UD.

Arti, I definitely agree that Prerna has a lot of flaws. But in real life we don't have perfect characters. Even I am not a fan of Prerna. Although we all dislike Prerna for her flaws, she represents the reality. Most of kzk fans like Anu or Bajaj because it is our human nature to look for perfection in people we like. But Anurag and Bajaj represent the extremes and their characters are not realistic. Rarely do we find someone as patient as Bajaj and someone as selfless as Anurag in real life. Whereas Prerna with her flaws and weaknesses represents the real women of our society.

Very well written Arti. Actually I agree with you that Prerna is wrong in going against Bajaj. I have said this before and i still believe that Bajaj is totally correct in punishing UD for what he did to Tushar. My heart goes out to Tushar. He is the one character in kzk who has never done anything to hurt others. And I felt for him and Bajaj when Ud won the court case today. It was very touching when he goes to Tushar and asks him for forgiveness. While I totally think that Prerna is wrong in supporting Ud. Ud must be responsible for his own actions. He is no child and Ud must be punished. But Prerna is justified in supporting Ud. We need to look at her from a mother's point of view. Of course, if she had supported Bajaj against Ud, we all would have applaud her act. But that is not the pupose of her character. She represents reality, not perfection. Any average woman in her position would have reacted the same way she did. I liked what she told Apo*na yesterday. That the woman in her had lost hope, but the mother in her would not let her break. Had she punished Ud, she would have been the ideal woman. But she is also a mother and mother inside her would not let her son go to jail. And Yes, she is also mother of Tushar. And i disagree with you that she doesn't love Tushar. She is trying to do justice to both her son in a situation where it is not possible to choose both.

BTW, isn't it ironic that Ud calls her Mother India?

Let me just say now-Prerna is perfect , Anurag is perfect, Prem is innocent and should not be punished. Tushar deserved to be paralyzed, and Bajaj is pertually wrong. I hope this makes every1 happy....

Very well written points regarding Prerna's Character. Yes, she is an avergare human being. She tried her best not to hurt anybody in her life. She was not able to be a good wife because of the circumstances around her but she always tried to be a good mother. I totally agree that Kids behaviour depends on what they have learned in their childhood. Of course, its not mothers fault, if a child misbehaves when he is grown up. Its the responsibily of both parents to instill good qualities from the age of 1 month to Six years. Whatever child learns in this age has a major impact on how he or she will be as a grown up.
Prerna always took care of all the kids as her own kids, regardless of they were Mr Bajaj and Menaka's Kids, Bajaj and Prerna's kids, Anurag and Prerna's kids. It was the circumstamces created around her sometimes forces her to take wrong actions because Prerna doesn't think twice before she acts.

sometimes when people make mistakes that are fatal they can be forgiven if they actually repent for it...that does not mean i do not want prem to be punished...i did not like that mohini went and testified for prem...i love anurag for not doing anything for prem...so not that i am against prem being punished...i want him to be punished but ekta has other plans...besides that my nature is very forgiving...i tend to forgive people even when I hate them...if Apo*na tomorrow decides to become good I will forgive her!!

so if he repents for his actions i will forgive him...a person who feels guilty for his actions is giving himself a punishment that no jail or court can give...hence I said "i don't care as long as he begs for forgiveness"...i just want this character to bring some excitement to kzk which is otherwise always about A P B trio...

I don't know how to react to this with some good points in her support..but.. I'll support idiotic madam prerna unconditionally,just don't show me scenes of her rushing to anurag all the time, I'll puke...

As for yudi, he certainly needs a visit to a rehabilitation centre or anything to cure his mental illness, he's a whacko and poor tushar certainly didn't deserve this. Let's see how prerna tackles this situation over the next episodes...
