What's wrong with the Ekta?

HI! Kzk fans,
We all have seen the new promo of the KZK, and the latest news is that Prem is going be get kidnapped by Komolika. And during such incident to save the Prem, Prerana and Anurag would come close.
If it is so, then when Mr. Bajaj and the Prerana are going to have the baby girl named "Kasak".
I must say, Ekta doesn't have any idea how to handle the show. Both Kyunki and the KZK are going on senseless.
