As for Meera being slapped, I think the whole Walia family should stand in line with chappals in their hand and each one comes up to Meera and smacks her (just like that movie that Sunny Deol was in the one that was shot in Miami where he was a jhat havaldar who went to the US to look for a thief who framed him I think the name was Jo Bole Sone Haal -- this was either the name of the movie or words from one of the songs.
