Part 3
Walia Mansion
Jai was ready, he was packing his bag for the trip to Goa. Ranveer knocks at his door.
"Come in" said Jai.
"Mamaji, I need to talk to you" Said Ranveer in a serious tone.
Jai was looking at him and was a little worried.
"Kya hua Ranveer" ask Jai.
"It's about Bani, I wanted to ask you to take care of her because she's scared of plane, she has never leave India" said Ranveer.
Jai can see hom much Ranveer cares of Bani well being. It's true they were bestfriends, but was asking to himself if Ranveer wasn't in love with her. He will asks him but not right now maybe it wasn't the right time.
"Yes, Ranveer anything else" asked Jai.
"No, but try to smile a little bit, she's so scared of you" Ranveer laugh at Jai.
"But why, you know that I'm not the people believe I am" said Jai.
"main jaanti hoon mamaji, but I live with you so I know you" teases Ranveer.
Ranveer explains to his uncle that only his family knows him cause when it's about outsider he's not his Jai mama but the great Jai Walia, a famous tycoon.
"But I'm sure you like the image that you show at people" said Ranveer.
Jai was laughing at his nephew remarks and admit he was a funny things to see people afraid of him. But Bani was different, she was scared of him but can't help to say what she thinks. Ranveer noticed his uncle mind was flying in the sky and was smiling to himself.
"Mamaji, where are you lost ?" asked Ranveer.
"Nowhere, I should go now, I need to take Bani at her place" said Jai and took his bag.
"Oh Mamaji, please don't tell her that I told you about her fears of the plane or else I'm dead" pleaded Ranveer.
Jai winked at him and told him to not worry.
Dixit Residence
Bani was in panic now. Jai would arrive in a few times. She needs to gather her thoughts and think at a good thing. Bani wanted to be comfortable on the plane so she was wearing a jean and a Minnie tee-shirt in which you can read "I am famous"
*Oh yes Akshay Kumar, he's so hot. I need to see him right now* thought Bani.
So she decided to watch the trailer of Tashan. She was so engrossing on the screen that she didn't hear the bell ring. Her servants go to open the door and let Jai enter in. Bani was talking aloud how Akky was too hot and handsome and how she wanted to be his blouse just to be able to touch him. She was talking also about how Saif isn't very good with his moustache, and how Kareena is lucky to have such a boyfriend. Jai was shocked to hear Bani talking to herself and doesn't feel happy at her comments. But why ??? A mischievous smile appears on his lips.
"But Shahid Kapoor wasn't bad" said Jai.
Just thinking about Shahid Kapoor, Bani goes back in her dreams without paying attention at Jai.
"It's true, he's so good'looking and hot when he dances" said Bani.
Bani just fall down of her sofa.
"Huh, who was talking ???" asked Bani.
When she turned her head to the entry of her lounge, she just let her mouth open by shock. Jai makes his way to her and shut her mouth with his fingers.
"When, when, what are you doing here? Blurted Bani.
"It seems you forget but we have a flight" said Jai.
"I didn't forget, I was waiting for you. By the way you're late" said Bani.
"I was in time, it seems you forget the real world when you saw Akki on your screen, and it's not because you are famous that the plane will wait for you" added Jai.
Bani wanted to disappear, she thought that Jai didn't see her talking about the actors seems she was wrong.
"I'm ready, and I never said that I was famous, it seems that you are mistaken me for one of your girlfriend" said Bani smiling at him.
She was proud of her, she just shut his mouth up. She took her bag and made her way to the door.
"Ouch, it hurts" said Jai holding his heart.
"And no, I don't mistake you with one of my girlfriend as you are saying. Because I'm sure if I had a such beautiful girlfriend like you I will be married right now but anyway when you put a shirt just read what is wrote, idiot." Said Jai and winked at her.
Making his way at his car, Jai was thinking why he is behaving as a teenager and was flirting with her. He took his seat and was waiting for Bani to come down.
Bani was still at her door, blushing on his words. Me and beautiful, this man is definitely crazy. And what he was saying about my shirt, this man is so weird. Bani look at her shirt and was shocked. What his problem is, criticize my favourite shirt, you idiot. Bani was angry and took her seat. The driver drove toward the airport. Bani didn't want talk with him so she was staring outside the window. Jai finds her very funny. He knew she wanted tell him something but was fighting against. Bani turned her head at Jai direction's she was ready to put him at his place but her phone rings. She didn't watch who was calling and answer angrily.
"Allo, tum kaun ho" said Bani angrily.
Jai was feeling sorry for the person on the phone.
"Are, mujhe lagta hai ke tum pareshan ho, so I will call you later" said the voice on the phone.
It's at this moment than Bani read the caller and was feeling sorry to get annoyed with her sister. Her upset face change into a smile and her eyes were shining. Jai wanted to know who the person was able to change Bani angry face into an angel face in just few seconds.
"Sorry, you know that I don't like to be angry with you" said Bani.
"Haan main jaanti hoon, I just wanted to be sure that you're ok. I know it would be your first time in a plane so I called you. Didi tum cinta mat karo, everything will be alright. All the more you are with the handsome and sexy Jai Walia" reply Jeena and was giggling.
Bani was blushing and Jai was now curious. He acted as if he wasn't listening her conversation but he wanted to know who was with Bani on the phone. Bani didn't tell the name, and why she can't say the name of the caller instead of tum. Jai was upset now.
Bani: Tum bhi na, so how is your life without me, I'm sure it's so boring.
Jeena: Haan Didi I miss your cooking so much.
Bani: kya, you miss only my cooking, ok I will hang up the phone now.
Jeena: Nahi Didi, I was joking. I miss you sooooooooo much, I really can't wait to come back in India. And please, don't forget I want something from Goa.
Bani: I won't forget promise.
Jeena: And once you're in Goa please call me, I want sure you're ok.
Bani: Ok, anything else.
Jeena was thinking: Ermmmm no, oh yes if you are afraid just hold M.Walia he seems to be muscle, be prudent don't cheat Akhsay, he's so hot!!!!
Bani was giggling at her sister words, they were the same.
Bani: I will be ok, and you know that I'm always faithful.
Jeena: Yeah I know, it's why I love you. It's time for me to hang up, my course will begin in few minutes. Love you. Take care and don't forget to call me once in Goa.
Bani: Ok, I love you too. Take care.
Bani hangs up the phone and was sad. She misses her sister so much. Jai was feeling bad seeing her face. He didn't know why but didn't like seeing her sad. He wanted take her in his arms but couldn't because he was upset about her call. Who was this man, he didn't know she was with someone.
*Anyway, it's not my problem, why should I be upset, she's just my associate, so why should I care. She's not my type of girls. Yeah but she's so beautiful* thought Jai.
Jai: It's just a matter of 1 week.
Bani: Huh
Jai: You don't need to cry for a small issue. You will see your dear boyfriend in 1 week.
Bani: boyfriend, what boyfriend, boyfriend of who??
Jai: Mera kyun??
Bani was shocked, Jai Walia was gay. What about all his girlfriends thought Bani.
Seeing Bani lost, he snaps his fingers in front of her and ask her where she is lost.
"You are gay" scream Bani.
"Oh God, tell me she's pulling my legs, she can't be serious' in a low tone said Jai.
"I'm not you duffer, I was talking about the caller" said Jai.
"Who are you treating as a duffer, I'm not you moron" exclaims Bani.
"I said first you were a duffer" Reply Jai.
"I don't care you're an idiot, moron man." Said Bani.
Bani: It was my sister, you idiot.
Jai: Oh
Oh was the only word Jai could mumble. He didn't know why but he was happy, she wasn't talking with his boyfriend, but that didn't meant she was single.
Bani: What oh, normal people just said sorry.
Jai: I won't.
Bani: it's normal, you are just an idiot. Anyway here is the airport. My luggages are in the trunk.
Bani smiled at him and make her way to the airport entry. Jai was dumbfounded, how can she talk with him like this. He's the great Jai Walia. He took his and Bani luggages and his way too. He was sure he could take a little revenge on the plane when she will be in panic. Jai smiles at his thought.
They have arrived at the airport with an hour to go, and Bani has headed straight for the bar. Jai has preferred to take his seat and was waiting for their plane. He just took the newspaper and read it.
"So what can I get you ?" says the barman. Bani look up at him in a daze.
"Erm…" Her mind was blank. "Erm… a strawberry-coca-cola please. Thanks" asked Bani.
(Strawberry-Coca is one of my favourite drink. You need to pour out a few inch of Strawberry sirop and then to add Coca-Cola, it's delicious. You can try with Sprite, Orangina, Fanta instead of coca, it's also good.)
Jai was surprised, he never heard about this drink before. Indeed, he will learn many things with this girl. As the barman moves away, Bani slump down in her stool. Jai was laughing at her and couldn't stop. Bani smiles at people and smile weakly in return at Jai. He knew she will take revenge. Bani was still in panic, in few hours she will be in the plane and for not arrange the things with this khadoos of Jai Walia. The barman places a Strawberry-Coca in front of her and gives her a quizzical look.
"Cheer up" he says. "It can't be that bad"
"Thanks" she said gratefully and took a sip. That feels a bit better.
She runs her fingers through her hair, and glance at the clock behind the bar. 20 minutes before the flight. Not long to go now. Nerves were starting to creep over her like little insects, and she took a deep gulp of Strawberry-Coca, draining her glass.
It'll be fine, she told herself for the millionth time. It'll be absolutely fine. She's not frightened. She's just…. She's just…
OK. She's frightened. She has never told anyone (except Jeena and Ranveer) she was scared of flying. It just sounds so lame. It's not like she's phobic or anything. It's not like she can't get on a plane. It's just… all things being equal, she would prefer to be on the ground.
Bani never used to be scare. But over the last few years, I've gradually got more and more nervous. She knew it was completely irrational, that thousands of people fly every day and it was practically safer than lying in bed. You have less chance of being in a plane crash than … than finding a perfect man like Akshay.
But still she didn't like it. Maybe, she'll have another quick Strawberry-Coca.
By the time their flight is called, and she was feeling a lot more positive after 2 more Strawberry-Coca.
As she strode toward the gate, clutching her briefcase, she almost start to feel like a confident businesswoman. After all, she's one of the C.E.O of Waxit Group Industries. And she didn't want to be stupid in front of the Khadoos. He was so confident. Jai was surprised, Bani seemed to be ok, she doesn't seem afraid. Ranveer was definitely wrong. They reach the entrance to the plane, and there at the door, taking boarding passes, is a beautiful air hostess

"Hi" Bani said smiling.
The air hostess stares brieftly at Bani but was focused on Jai. She didn't believe that Jai was flirting with the hostess. So she just take her boarding pass and was waiting for him. The hostess lead them into the front section of the plane in the business class.
"Is everything is ok for you" asked the hostess glaring Jai.
"It's perfect. Thanks very much" said Jai and winked at her.
"No problem" the hostess smiles at him and walks away.
Bani and Jai push their briefcase under the seat in front. Wow. This is really lovely. Comfortable seats, and footrests, and everything. This is going to be a completely pleasurable experience from start to finish. Bani was next to the window, reach her seat belt and buckle it up nonchalantly, trying to ignore the flutters of apprehension in my stomach. Jai was amused by her behavior.
"Would you like some champagne ?" it was Jai new flirt.
"That would be great" answer Jai. "Thanks"
"And for you, Miss ? Some champagne? "
"No, she doesn't drink" say Jai and wink at her.
Bani was offend, how can he take decisions for her. She's old enough to know what she wanted or not.
"Don't thanks me, it's my pleasure" said Jai.
Bani didn't want to spoil her mood, so she just avoid him. Jai was happy, he didn't know why but it's like something will happen during the flight. Jai turn his way and begin to work on his laptop.
Hope it wasn't boring
