I have changed the age of some characters to give the story more sense. Also, I didn't paid attention when I was writing the 1st part, Jai can't be at the breakfast table cause he's in Dubai so I just change Jai name's in Ranveer. Part 2
Walia Mansion All the Walias, and close friends of the Dixit were there for the funerals. It was a painful sight. In the background we can hear

'cept for the Pope maybe in Rome So the funeral got well and everybody needs to get back on their life and move on.
Two weeks later Even with the Walias reluctance, Bani and Jeena go back to live at the Dixit Residence. It was time for Jeena to go in France for her finals. She will be back in two months. She has missed many courses and if she wanted work with her sister at the Waxit Group Industries, she should just go. Jeena was sad to let her sister all alone in this big residence but promise her she will be back soon and will never let her again. The last will has been read one week back and Bani and Jeena are the new C.E.O of the company. Bani had new responsabilities and wanted to fulfill them. She will work with Jai directly because Uday uncle didn't want to work anymore. He retired cause he was tired and not in good health after the death of his friend.
Jeena: Didi, I don't want you come at the airport. It's hard enough to leave you.
So take care of you. I said good-bye yesterday to the Walias and thank them too.
Bani: You're a big and lovely girl. Make sure you eat on time, don't skip any meals.
Sleep enough, and call me. Oh yes, don't talk with strangers.
Jeena: Ok, muuuuuuuuum.
At her last word, an eerie silence took place.

Both sisters were in each other arms.

At this moment, Ranveer car just arrived it was time for her to leave. Ranveer didn't want to let Jeena take a Taxi so he proposed her to drive her at the airport. Bani was happy and bid them good-bye. She was teary but she wipes away her tears. It was time to go at work. During the two last weeks, she realized it wasn't easy to be one of the heiress of a such empire. But she wasn't alone, her Uday uncle was there and they are her family so she could count on them. At the airport, Ranveer was teasing Jeena.
"Just focuse on your studies, don't trust the boys" said Ranveer.
Jeena was smiling at him and teases him at her turn.
"That's why I don't trust you too" said Jeena.
She was giggling and Ranveer couldn't help to notice how beautiful she was when she was smiling. He rarely saw her smile this last days. After what she has gone through, it was normal. Without knowing why, he just kisses her on the forehead and told her to take care. Jeena was surprised by his gesture. She was to the point to ask him why he did that but her flight has been announced. She just asked him to keep an eye on her sister because he's her bestfriend. Jeena took her flight and was on her way to France.

Bani has changed into tailored suit and was ready to meet Jai, her new associate. How she will miss to work with Ranveer. She doesn't know Jai properly and is a little scared of him. So, she took her car and drive toward her company. At the entrance she meets Ranveer and ask him about Jeena leavings.
"She took her flight on time and tell me to keep on eye on her diamonds" he said laughing.
"Pagli" said Bani.
"So, are you ready to meet Jai" asked Ranveer
Bani smiles fade and has been replaced by a worried look.
"Hmm, euhh, yeah it's not like if I'm going to meet Akhsay Kumar, yes" said Bani.
Bani didn't know Jai. She meets him at the office, but never talked with him besides work stuff. She has noticed how cold he looks. She was try to look calm and didn't want Ranveer tease her.
"No, it's just that now you will work with the great Jai Walia the man who can eat you alive" pleasanted Ranveer.
"Huh" said Bani.
"I was just joking" said Ranveer.
"Chalo" said Ranveer.
Both of them made their entry and once in their floor, all the glare were on Bani. All the employers welcome her, and greated her as Mrs. Dixit. Bani was going to her ex-cabine and Ranveer stop her.
"Bani, tum kahan ja rahe ho" said Ranveer.
"On the moon, I'm going to my office" replied Bani.
"Bani, you're new office is right there" said ranveer and pointed his fingers at Nishikant cabine.
Ranveer explains to Bani she's the new owner so her new office is at the other side. He guides her and let her enter. Bani is mesmerized by the dcor of the room. She doesn't remember that her father cabin was like this. Ranveer noticed her confusion and told her it was Jeena doing. She wanted surprise you and to make you comfortable in your new office. It was beautiful well decorated. On the wall we can see a picture of the Dixit family took during Holi. They were smiling and happy. Jeena knew it was Bani favourite pictures. On the table, some white lilies. Seeing them Bani smile. She misses her sister already. At this moment, someone was knocking at the door.
"Come in" said Bani.
Bani was too focused on her new office that she doesn't notice who has enter.
"Bani" a male voice said.
Hearing the voice, Bani knew who was the owner of this voice.
"Ji haan, M. Walia how can I help you" blurted out Bani.
Ranveer was laughing, he couldn't understand why she was scared of his uncle. Bani glare at Ranveer 😡 in order to ask him to shut up.
"I should go" was the last word of Ranveer before came out of Bani office's.
"Bani, you know you should call me Jai, I'm not much older than you" said Jai.
"Ji" was the only word she could say.
Jai explains to her that they need to go in Goa for a contract, and both of them are needed there. Jai had booked the tickets and they will go in 2 days. Bani was afraid cause she has never been in a plane before. Bani was looking down and trying to find an excuse. Jai has never understand why she was so shy when he was around while with Ranveer she was herself.
"The only problem is that we would share the same room, hope you don't mind" said Jai and winked at her.
Bani was looking in his eyes and was surprised to notice how his eyes were not cold. In fact, there is something about them, she couldn't describe them, there was something in there that she has never notice before. It was impossible to her to notice them when she was avoiding him in the past. Now he's in front of her and she was talking to herself.
"Gotcha" said Jai and was laughing. 🤣
Bani was blushing 😳 , how can she watch him like this, what will he think of her now. Seeing not reaction of her Jai touch her shoulders and ask her if she's ok. She just nodded her head. Jai notices her silence and lost look and tried to light up her mood. He was telling her, she has well decorated her office and had good taste. He smells the white lilies and tell her it was his favourite. Bani was surprised how a cold man like him could like flowers and especially white lilies.
"You like white lilies" exclaimed Bani.
Jai was surprise 😲 by the ton of her voice and turn toward her.
"Why, can I like white lilies" asked Jai.
"Because you're a cold man" Bani eyes wide up at what she was saying.
Bani, Bani shut your mouth, big mouth you are. He will eat you alive thinks Bani.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to say that, it's just that you scared me out" blurted Bani.
"Oups" Bani put her hands on her mouth.
Jai was amused by Bani's, he has never think she was a funny girl. This week in Goa will be very funny. Jai just pretend to be hurt and leave her office.
"Oh God, I'm dead" said Bani throwing her head on the wall.
What she didn't notice what Jai was watching her, and try to not laugh at her 😆 😆 😆 . So he makes his way at his cabin and was smiling. All the employers were shocked seeing their boss with a smile. How it was possible???. Jai with a smile so the famous tycoon could smile, he was definitely a human being. 😃
I know you were expecting more about Jai and Bani meeting. Sorry to disappointed you. I didn't think it will be so difficult to write in English it's easier in French. Writing the part, I decided to give a funny part at Bani character. How is it?? Please let your comments. 😉
