Jai shook the bottle, and then poped open the cork, it rained in Champian as Bani lifted her sarre a bit, to avoid it from getting wet.. When the mist finally lowered Jai saw Adi at the door, with a figure approaching behind him…Jai spinted his eyes a bit, until he realized that it was…Banis smile grew wider as she saw Jai lip the name….

Jai-(liping)-M....eee....rr....a…

Bani-(her eyes grew wide, and she had a huge smirk on her face)-Kya hua Jai..?

Jai-(not paying attention to Bani, just hypnotically walked over to to Adi)-Adi..

Adi-Look.. Jai-(putting his hand on Jais shoulder)-Meera, was sorry…

Jai-(cut Jai of)-Aditiya..

Meera-(walking up to Jai)-Jai..

Jai-(slaps her)

**Entire hall grows silent.Meera puts her hand on her check, a red imprint was left on her face, Bani quickly walked upto Jai..

Bani-Kya hua Mr.Walia.?

Jai-(not saying anything, but still astounded at Aditiya)

Aditiya-Jai..(lowering his eyes)

Bani-(puts her hand on Jais shoulder, trying not to show her happiness)-Mr.Walia?

Rano gestures to Sahil, who then makes a move toward to the DJ stand, and plays the music. A few minutes later everyone continues back into the party, and Jai Aditiya and Bani were standing in the same place..

Rano(came up to Bani)-Di, mere saath chalo, voh kitchen mein kuch problem hai..

Bani-(letting go of Mr.Walias shoulder)-Haan, chal..

Jai-(to Aditiya)-I am so ashamed, that I ever called you my friend.. I can't beilive that you let Meera out of jail..?!

Aditiya-Jai, voh.. I felt bad for Meera because she, I mean jigyasa was at fault not Meera..

Jai-(looking at Meera then Aditiya)-Don't support her..

Aditiya-Look Jaim I'm sorry.. but I didn't think that Meera deserved to be in jail..

Jai-So now what Aditiya.. What do I do with her?Did you know that (lowering his voice) Bani has lost her memory, (meera looked up at Jai)

Aditiya-what?

Jai-Yes.. Bani has lost her memory.. she doesn't even remember that Krishna and Atharva are dead..!!(runs his hand through his hair)Damn..

Aditiya-I'm really sorry Jai..I didn't know..

Jai-Just shutup..!(jai leaves and goes to his backyard where he sits and drinks)

Jai-(to himself)-Shit.. ab main Bani ko kya kahoon ga.. ki Meera kyon hai.. mere 1^st wife..or second.. damn I'm confused.. Sh*t.. what do I do.. (he closes his eyes tight, and before he knows it his bottle of whiskey is finished, he turns the bottle upside down to see if anything comes out, but no luck..)

Bani-(from the roof sees him in a bad state, and sees him cursing at himself, in his confusion..)-(to herself)-(in sarcasim)Mera plan ithna acha daraha hai.. ki kya bathaoon.. Meera teek time par aye.. aur ab Mr.Walia.. ithne udass.. ache nahi lagthe..Chal Bani.. ab apne plan ko agge badayo..

**Bani goes to the back yard, seeing Jai up and on his feet, barley.. he sawyed in every direction, Bani put his arm around her neck as she helped him up the stairs and into their bedroom.. She sat Jai down on a chair, as Jai beseeched her for more Whiskey.. **

Bani-(holding a bottle in her arm)-Appko yeh chahiyeh..?

Jai-(looking at the bottle)-Haan,..

Bani-(goes to her cabinet, taking something out)-Liken use pehle.. kya app yeh sign karengeh..?

Jai-(in his confusion)-Haan.. Liken tum.. mujhe bottle do gi..

Bani-Haan..(she turns the papers to a page, and hands Jai a pen)-Yeh lo..

Jai-(quickly signs the papers and hands it back to Bani)

Bani-(gives Jai the bottle, as she stares at the papers)-(out loud)-I cant beilive that Mr.Walia just signed these..(happy)..

Jai-(standing up, walking toward Bani.. holding her from behind)-I love you Bani.. really.. I didn't mean to .. I didn't mean to marry Meera…Honest(swearing)I really love you..

Bani-(let go of the papers as tears fell from her eyes)-Mr.Walia..

Jai-(turning her around)-Bani.. I know I never trusted you.. but you.. you have always believed me.. I never loved anyone else other than you.. I swear.. Meera.. I just married her to fill the void in my life that you left.. I.. I love you Bani..(he pulled her close to him, he felt her tears drop on his hand)

Bani-(trying to control herself, but finding herself unable to)I..I ..

Jai-Bolo Bani.. I know that you love me too..

Bani-I.. ( she let go and walked to the window.. holding to the curtains, as her hair blew in the wind, Jai came from behind her helping her close the window, his hands touched hers, and she tried moving away again..he stopped her)

The lightnening roared and Bani grabbed Jai, as she was petrified. Jai consoled her and made her feel safe, the way she used to feel, when they lived together with there kids.. Bani suddenly felt bad, for getting his signature tonight, and for promising that she will runine him.... As Bani realized she was in his arms, she was shocked as to what was going on. This wasn't supposed to be happening..She hated Jai…Yet her arms were wrapped around his waist..Why did she feel all these emotions surge through her upon Jai's single touch…

Jai-Bani, Why did you leave?I loved you, kyun ??..Please mujhe maaf kardo..

Bani-(letting go, moving back slightly)-Mr.Walia..App hosh main nahi hain..

Jai-(grabbed her by the shoulder and pushed her against the wall, Bani froze, Jai moved in closerand closer and closer. His face was inches apart from hers, he was slowly closing the distances between them…Bani could feel his hot breathe hit against her fae..She closed her eyes and allowed herself to follow her heart for once…Just as Jai's lips were about to touch hers…she opened her eyes,..and pushed him away..Jai lost his balance..and collided with the wall …He turned to her in anger before it was replaced with understanding..

Jai-I know that I have hurt you,(he said Drunk) but please bani look into your heart..Dont you have feelings for me? Why do you keep pushing me away? I want you God Dammit!

Bani closed her eyes, her back against the wall…

"you cant do this" Screamed her conscious

"Why not? I love him and he loves me" shouted her heart..

"Because he's already married" replied her conscious..

By now Jai had once again moved in infront of her…This time he placed his hands on her waist…So that she wouldn't go anywhere…Bani's eyes opened wide…he found him leaning in, Bani wanted to scream but instead she found herself leaning in as well, She felt Jai's cool lips on hers..The moment their lips touched Bani felt pure bliss cover her body…Jai led her to the bed, and they undressed on the way…Jai made passionate love long into the night… Falling asleep in each others arms…

The next morning..

Bani-(woke up first finding Jais arms wrapped around her, and the room a mess, stuff was all over, due to the wind(wait I thought they closed the window..?)Bani lossened Jai's grip, and started to clean the room up when she came across the papers that she had made Jai sign on the Power of atrorney papers.. He eyes focused in on them as she recalled last night, and how she had felt complete after a long time.. she looked in the mirror seeing the sindoor in her mang that Jai had filled last night.. she touched it slightly feeling happy, content on the inside.. She hadn't felt this way in a … She stopped herself.. she went to the bathroom and took a cold shower.. she thought..

"Kahin main pagal toh nahi hoagie.. Meera Mr.Walia ki pathni hai.. aur kal raath maine.. Mr.Walia ke saath..Hey bagwan..Main iss ghar main sirft Mr.Walia ko barbad karneh ayyethi.. aur kal toh maine unse Power of Atorney ke papers bhi sign karwadiyeh.. Bani appne jasbathoon ko rooko.. you have to get what you deserve.. Mr.Walia.. comes in your life messes it up and then says sorry.. you have to show him that he doesn't deserve to mess up your life…"

Bani continued to shower than in a few minutes she came out, finding Jai still asleep, she dried of her hair, sprinkling some water on Jai's face, she looked at him and smiled, remembering the time when that had happened before.. She soon removed the smile off of her face, and went and sat by Jai on the bed. She took her towel and wiped his forehead, as she was about to get up, Jai grabbed her wrist.

Jai-(slowly opening his eyes)-Morning Bani..

Bani-(looking down)-Mr.Walia.. mujhe jana hai.. app please mere haath..

Jai-(quickly lets go)-I;m sorry, Bani.. main tumhare saath koi zabardaste nahi..

Bani-Nahi.. Mr.Walia.. app mere pathi hain.. voh mujhe sach main neche janna tha..

Masi-(walks into the room, finding Bani moving in close to Jai, as Jai also moved in closer to Bani)-Jai!

Bani-(got up quickly, as stood by the bed)-Good Morning Masi..

Masi-(looking angrily upon Jai)-Bani beta tu neche jaa..

Bani-Ji Masi..(goes downstairs..)

Masi-(walking up closer to the bed)-Maine tujhe mana kiya than a.. Ki Bani la fayida math utanah.. Liken tunee!!

Jai-(sits up in his bed, holding his head)-Masi, Main..voh.. I really didn't mean too..

Masi-Tu job hi cheese kartha hai.. usme tu yahi botha hai.. Galthi hogaye.. I;m sorry.. beta Sorry kehne se galthi choti nahi hojathi..(more angry)-Tu Bani se door rahe.. agar tune yeh galthi dobara ki, toh tu deehkleneh..(points her finger)

Jai-(still sitting up and thinks as Masi leaves the room, slamming the door, he continues to hold his head, as it pounds periodically)

Bani-(walks into the room, with a glass of lemon water)-Mr.Walia, appke sir main dard ho raha hoga..

Jai-Haan.. tumhe kaise patha?(taking the glass form her hand)

Bani-(sits next to him)-Voh kal raath apni bouth pithi..I mean puri bottle whiskey ki..

Jai-Haan..(trying to remember last night)

Bani-App arram kijiye.. main todha kaam karkar athi hoon..

Jai-(holds Banis hand, as flashes of last night appreared in his mind)-Bani!

Bani-Kya hua Mr.Walia..

Jai-Kal raath..kal raath kya hua tha?

Bani-(fixing the curtains) umm..Voh hi jo ek pathi pathni ke beech main hotha hai..

Jai-(shocked)-Kya..

Bani left the room, with the papers..that Jai had signed…

Jai was astounded as to what he had just heard from Bani's mouth…They had..consumated!! He drank the rest of the lemon water…and began remorsing as to what had happened…

Rano-(knocking then coming in, to to Jai still in his bed)-Mr.Walia..I'm sorry to disturb you, voh..neche company ke manager ayyehain…and he needs some of your signatures…

Jai-Cant ranveer do it?

Rano-No, the amount is too big…

Jai-Tell him, I will be down in 10 minutes..

Jai-(as Rano was leaving)-Where did Bani go?

Rano-(coming in)-Kya kaha tumneh..Bani di neh appko Jail se nikawaya..

Meera-(remembering that Bani came in the morning to tell her that her job is completed)-Haan toh??Lagtha hai..tum appni bahean ko bilkul bhi nahi janthi...

Rano-(extremelly confused)-Kya??Meri didi asa nahi kar sak thi..

Meera-Agar tumhe meri baath ka barosa nahi karna toh maath karo rano...I'm sure ki Bani bouth jaldi appna sahi rang zaroor dikaeyhi...

Preview- Manger comes back to the house, and says that the check had bounced…all are in shock….
