Loved the FF from the start and am loving it...Poor Bani is totally in love with Jai and is not able to resist him, but this idiot is using her just to get away from marrying Meera..
I am happy to see that Uday has somewhat found out that there is something big his son is hiding..Hope he is able to find it soon atleast to protect Bani from hurting her own feelings..
Jai is really playing with her n her feelings and let this duffer soon realize what he is doing...

RC TIMES- Bachelor to wed
"Jai Walia, the twenty eight year old Walia Industries owner, is in love. In a dramatic press conference that took place yesterday noon, the dashing male admitted his love for long childhood friend Bani Dixit, daring to seal the confession with a kiss. The happy couple ( see right, picture) are set to marry on the…."

Lies.
All lies.

Bani stared at the newspaper in front of her, hating the way the picture captured his tenderness. The image made it look as if he really loved her, as if she meant the world to him.

Lies.

Jai Walia was a liar, and she hated him for that. She was stuck in a situation where the man she loved did not know of her existence, she was just a mere doll in his ploy, a doll that could be trampled on and then left to be forgotten.

She was no one to him.

Tears stained the paper, smudging letters, erasing the word "love". She wished she could do just that, erase the love she felt for him. If only the kiss had never happened, his touch had awakened the truth of her feelings. Why must that b*stard always kiss her?

"Baneeeeeee"

Her back went rigid, that was his voice

Her heart melted.

"What are you doing here all alone? Papa is calling us down for dinner. He wants to discuss something…Bani? You are listening to me?"

No reply.

"Bani, are you okay? Sweetheart?"

His voice was so gentle, it made her feel safe…it made her believe that "they" could exist. Yet the softness reminded her of the picture and a nauseating feel gripped her stomach.

"Don't…Jai…just don't"

"Sweetheart....what do you mean?"

He slowly approached her; she could almost feel him next to her.
The bed sagged…their shoulders were touching…she could not breathe. The intimacy would kill her.

"The…swe..etheart. I am not your sweet and nor am I your heart. Bani is fine Jai. Just Bani. Nothing else"

"What the hell?" He grabbed her shoulder "Look at me….ever since yesterday you have been acting differently. Bani please, I don't understand."

"There is nothing to understand. There is NO us. We do not exist, therefore this close proximity is inappropriate" Her tone is curt, her face still turned away. She dare not let him see her tears spilling out.

Oh but how she longed for him to hold her, but how will she live on when he leaves her forever?

Jai stared perplexed at the woman in front of him. This was not his Bani, his Bani would never act like this. Her body was so distant; his very touch seems to make her flinch, as if in disgust.

His heart pined, a dull stabbing pinching his chest.

"Baby…please look at me" his tone soft, unwilling to believe that this is the same woman as yesterday "what happened to you I thought that...." before he could finish, she burst out, her hand pushing his away.

"I SAID NO…JUST LEAVE ME JAI"

He watched her, stunned, as she got up, yet only does he register this movement when her body is moving past his.

He grabs her.

"I want you to explain to me as to why you are acting this way with me Bani" his voice was ominous with kept anger, his touch bruising her arm "you are going to explain to me why you have been ignoring me since last night. What have I done to you?"

Jai looked up, his body rising to tower over hers. He mused bitterly as she attempted to free herself.

"I said I want answers Bani"

"Pa...papa is waiting for us downstairs, let us discuss this later"

"Damn it, I want to know…now". his tone adamant and demanding

He felt her shiver and his raging eyes softened. He reached out and cupped her chin, pulling her face to face his. He is shocked to see tears; there is a stream of them trickling down her cheeks.

Her eyes are closed and lips pursed in desperate attempt not to sob out loud.

"Baby…come here"

He pulled her towards his masculine frame crushing her, his voice hushing gently into her ear. She now sobbed openly, protected by his arms

"You are upset about yesterday aren't you? About the newspaper article on us? I didn't mean anything I did or said yesterday…baby I really didn't"

Oh how easily he said those words...
She feels her heart shatter, she feels it brake into a million glass pieces.
He doesn't love her.

Small hands pushed at his chest, he is surprised at their strength, as in a single movement he was shoved backwards.

She was no longer in his arms

"Don't touch me."

"Bani?" his voice laced with confusion

"No…I said no"

He watched her turn again from him, and a sudden bubble burst. In a fit of fury he caged her against the wall, both hands gripping her fingers.

"NO BANI, you will not turn away from me. I care about you god-damn-it."

He watched her struggle; her hesitation to speak evident by her facial expression yet seconds after her body goes limp in defeat. Her mouth finally daring to open.

"I don't understand you Jai. What do you want from me?" she hushed silently, almost scared of the words flowing so effortlessly from her mouth "In a few weeks time this faade will be over and I will leave you for good. You will go to the U.S…so p…p..please don't speak to me as if you care about me, just don't tell me that you do. It makes it much harder to let go, when my feelings are being hurt."

Her admission left him stunned, and his grip loosened.

She escaped.

"Papa is waiting, I will see you downstairs. I think you should tell him the truth about us in one week's time. If you don't I will." Her voice quavered, unsure of how much truth existed in the things she said.

I love you Jai Walia…do you love me?

He had never really considered what she was to him. He had always thought she would be there. Was this really just a game…a ploy? Or does she mean more to him than a doll?

Bani is trying very hard to fight her emotions..Felt bad for her as she is been used as a toy here..Her outburst was well penned

But it seems jai is also confused about his true feelings towards her. I just hope he realizes before its too late.

Cant wait for the next part to see Jai doing some soul search! 😉

An awesome part!!! 👏 👏 Loved it to the bits.... 👏 👏 Poor Bani is fighting with her feelings....her inner turmoil ,pain ,hurt,love,everything was beautifully portrayed.....poor thing can't resist him....their chemistry was wonderfully penned...... 👏 👏 could sense it from your description..... 👏 so she gave him one week's time..I think he also have some feelings for her but is not aware of it.....hope he realizes it.....very well written....totally loved it...waiting for the next part... 😊
