I missed the first few minutes so bear with me if it isn't exact.

Arushi is spotted with the guy and in western clothes by Bani. She is wondering what Arushi is upto. Arushi comes up to Bani and is very rude and cold towards her. Bani is adamant to know who the guy was but Arushi doesn't relent. She tells Bani to keep out of her matters and that she should never say a word of all this to anyone. She threatens Bani and tells her not to open her mouth.
Bani is thinking about the guy and what relation Arushi and him share and she also wonders about Arushi's behavior towards her. She decides that she can't take this casually and must speak to Jai. Arushi, now aware, thinks of what all Bani has seen and to avoid everything, thinks of a plan.
The preparations for the marriage are going on in full swing. Everyone is happy with the way things are proceeding and there is music and noise everywhere. Bani seems to be searching for Jai. When she locates him finally and is about to talk to him, they get interrupted and can't talk.
The haldi ceremony starts and one by one everyone comes ahead. As the mehendi ceremony starts, the men move aside. Bani comes to Jai but he moves away again. Nachiket is just standing there, without any interest as to what is happening.
The odd couple scene is a replica of yesterdays. He comes over with a few drinks and when the wife says she is Kala he doesn't understand and then she tells him Kala a (come tomorrow). She tells him she is dharma patni, which he takes as Dharam ki Patni. Tired of getting him to understand she tells him to go and serve she drinks as people are waiting for them. (such a waste of screen time!)
Everyone is sitting as the mehendi ceremony is going on. Arushi and her friends remark about how young Bani is and ask where her husband is. The same minute Jai walks across and they greet him as Nachiket's father and address him as uncle. Disillusioned he moves away. A waiter comes with a plate of sweets and offers them to Bani, who refuses to take them. Taking advantage of this, Arushi comments that she could have taken them as the person getting old is her husband and not her so she needn't worry about health problems like diabetes, Jai should. Jai hears all of this, and his eyes meet with Bani but he soon goes away.
Kala announces that there will now be a special show for Arushi and Nachiket. Reshmi Ghosh (the girl who plays bhoomi in KSBKT) dances on Kajra Re. (don't know who the guy was). Through out the performance they show Nachiket and Purva's face and a smiling Jai, Maasi and Bani. (Jai has been smiling a lot these days!)
Arushi and her friends come up to Bani and tell her that she is so young and pretty that if she wasn't married, Arushi would have set her up with a suitable friend of hers who is Bani's age. (pathetic acting) She points out to a guy and comments about how cute he is. (not cute at all!) She says she feels bad for Bani since she can't go for drives and dinners since Jai is from a different generation all together. Arushi tells Jai that he should be extra careful since he has competition and today's girls slip away easily so he must be extra cautious. Jai hears all this and just leaves from there, saddened and disgusted.
Bani tells them that she has never felt the need to go for drives or dinners because Jai and she get peace and happiness in their home and people who don't find that need to go for these empty things like dinner and drives. She tells Arushi that about slipping away or crossing her limits she doesn't need to since Jai gives her a lot of love and her parents have given her moral values, people who don't have that forget their limits and walks away from there.
Bani goes over to Jai and tells him not to take the girls seriously as she has never felt any of it and is perfectly happy and satisfied with him. He tells her that he knows what she thinks but he also knows what others say but he doesn't want to talk about it and leaves.
Mohan, Jai and Arushi's Kaka are standing near the staircase talking. There is a lame scene with the forgetful man again. When Purva passes them, her father in law says how his heart breaks when he sees such a young girl going through so much in life. He says that after Arushi's marriage he will find a suitor for her and lavishly and in a grand fashion get her married. He says he couldn't do anything all this while since Abhijaat's mother thinks he will come back, but they have waited too long.(his wife is listening to all this!) Jai agrees and says he will support them whenever needed.
Nachiket also goes up and while Purva is lighting the diya's he tells her what she did was wrong and she should have told him that her family was planning on her marriage. She tells Nachiket that it wouldn't have mattered. He tells Purva that by not telling him she is ruining three lives where she could have made two, he wanted to be the man she married. She says she would have told him but when she went to tell Mohan about them, he told her about Arushi's marriage with Nachiket. She tells him that the family treated her as their daughter so how could she take away their daughter's happiness.
Bani is standing in the room and is shocked to see Nachiket and Purva together. They face her and the episode ends on her face.

Observations:
1. Ram Kapoor has more of a stubble than a beard now, looking much better
2. No body doubles were used
3. Nachiket and Purva's relationship somehow reminds me of Jimmy Shergill and Preeti Jhangiani in Mohobattein.
