haila doc...😉😉😉...ok you r stuck with the nickname of 'doc'...simply because bugs bunny says 'whats up doc'...baachpan ki aadat hai...me and my best friend have been giving everyone we know nicknames since we were 5 😆...jaai ho...omg...there was this lady in our building...lets just say she was super-super-super 'healthy'...we used to call her 'earthquake'...😛...we were very bad kids...trust me...that is just the tip of the ice berg...well...now to my comment...vaise arent u proud...main miss nahin kiya...😳...

omg...it was brishty...uff......brishty...my bengali dost...i love you...u know that...lekin kya yaar...tum kya kaar rahi ho...getting my hopes up and all...😭😭😭...i was hoping she was bani 😭...uff...lekin ek saach baath kahi hai...saab JW ko jaante hai...bohot saare toh JW pe fida bhi hai 😳and aww...pushy playing with the kids...how cute...impressing the bache-log...lekin pushy...kuch charm bachake rakhna...you gotta impress the ladies a bit too naa...😆...khud toh cupid banke ghumta hai...who will be cupid for him...ahem ahem...i volunteer for that position 😛...lol...poor K and A...they think bani is mad at them...aww...😔...lekin woo hoo...bani aagayi...haila...aab aayega maaza ...party time...🥳...woo hoo...vaise...haila...i was rolling...🤣...jai thinks he is going coo-koo...lol...hota hai...hota hai...🤣...the bartender was just fine...maybe our jai is a bit tipsy after one too many drinks......lol...but haila...he finally saw her...woo hoo...aab aayega saachi maaza...lets see...aage aage hota hai kya...😉😉😉...

ok...that was a long one...phew...lol...hope this begins to make up for my delay on previous parts...cant wait for next update...

Jai reached out and held her, yes she was really here. And without even thinking about it, pulled her close and held her. The warmth of her body, infusing life into his. Bani wrapped her hand around his neck and stayed there. He could feel her tears, and so he put a little bit of distance between them.

'I'm sorry…' she said, tears streaming down her cheeks.

'For what…' he asked, with a chuckle,

'For being mean to you, for letting you go, I guess what they say is true, Absence makes the heart grow fonder.' She smiled through her tears.

'I thought you hated me…'

'I still do… you left me without even turning back once…'

'You could've stopped me aswell…'

'I didn't know, I would miss you so much…'

'You missed me?' he asked a little surprise.

'This much…' she opened her arms to show, like a little kid would do and both laughed.

'So.. what now?' asked Bani, a bit embarrassed at her emotional breakdown in fornt of him.

'Wanna dance..?' he held out his hand for her.

She nodded her head and placed her hand in his and he led her to the dance floor. Pushkar saw them coming and signaled for a song chance. The soft, melodious music filled the hall.

Bani swayed with Jai, her steps matching perfectly to his. All the couples joined the dance floor.

Dammy had found a Hritik look-a-like at the bar, and she was flirting with. Bristy, on the other hand, had found a pleasant Mr. Chowdhury and was dancing with him. Krishna had dragged, Pushkar and said that she wanted to dance with, so Pushkar carried her and were dancing, making Krishna giggle loudly.

Someone pulled on Jai's leg. He looked down and saw Arthva, pulling on his trouser.

'Yea?' he asked confused, wondering what Arthva wanted.

'I wanna dance now,' he said, with a pouted face.

'Ok, then dance…' Jai said, still looking puzzled.

'Noooo… I want to dance with Mummy'

Jai looked down at him, shocked. and then looked at Bani, he was waiting for her to correct him. But she didn't, instead she just smiled at him.

Mummy? She didn't say anything? Jai's heart beat 120 miles per hour! (hehe). He had to talk to Bani.

After a little bit more whining, Jai persuaded Arthva to ask Massi to dance with him and grabbed Bani's hand and led her outside to the garden. She followed him silenty, wondering what was going on.

She took her to the bottom of the garden (where the fairies are...lol.. sorry back to the story..). and then stood in front of her. She stared at him, puzzled.

'Jai..?'

'Mummy??' he asked her, in a disbelieving tone.

Even in the dark, he could see her turning a dark shade of red, very quickly.

'Uh.. woh…' she stammered, she didn't know what to say to him.

'So.. If you're their mummy, then I'm allowed to call you my pyaari patni?' he aksed in a mischievous tone. Jai, didn't think it was possible to blush anymore than Bani was doing now, but she proved him wornd and blushed harder at this statement.

Jai chuckled at her embarrassment.

'So…' he questioned her

But all she could come with was, a few more, 'umm.. ehhh…'

He laughed at her discomfort and she hid her face in chest, punching him play fully.

'You really love teasing me, don't you?' She asked, her voice muffled.

'All the time.. I love it when you blush..' he replied, a big grin on his face.

'Do you want to go inside now?' he asked, sensing her shivers, 'You're really cold..' He said, Rubbing his arms up and down hers, trying to warm her up. This time she shivered for a completely different reason.

He held her in his arms, both of them stood there.

Jai broke the silence, 'You know Bani, you've been in front of me for about 45 minutes now, after 5 whole days, and I still haven't kissed you.'

Bani's face jerked up, shocked. Jai winked at her, and bent his face closer to hers.

Bani, came down to reality and pushed him and hurried back to the party. Jai laughed and followed her inside, determined not to let her get away that easily.

Bani enetered and at once the wind was knocked out of her. Both Krishna and Arthva had thrown themselves at her. Asking worriedly where she had been and that they thought she had left them again.

Bani huuged them both tightly, touched at their concern for her. After re-assuring them that she wasn't going anywhere, she took them inside, where she met Massi.

'I knew you would come,' Massi said, with a smile. Bani smiled in return and bent down to get aashirwad. Just as she touched her feet, she felt Jai bending down aswell, winking at her. Massi blessed them both.

They then went to cut the cake. After everybody had sang 'Happy Birthday' really loudly, Jai cut the cake, and took a pice and fed to his children first. Then he moved to Bani, but instead of feeding her, he smothred it all over her mouth and then catching her off guard, he kissed her hard.

Everyone cheered, 'See, I told you I would get my kiss' he whispered to her. Arthva and Krishna giggled along with the other children present at the party. The dancing started again, and Jai led Bani to the dance floor again.

'I don't want to dance…' she whined.

'I'm not asking you to dance..'

The lights went off and a spotlight shone them, and Jai kneeled infront of her. She gasped.

'Bani.. we didn't start on the best of terms, but I don't know how or when I fell in love with you, but I know that I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Wake up each morning to see you by my side. Come home from office and see you waiting for me… Bani.. Will you marry me?'

Bani was crying... (from happiness..). Both loved each other and after their conversation in the garden, she knew that they would eventually get married, but she didn't expect him to propose to her, in such a formal manner.

'Bani…?'

'Say yes… yess….' Krishna and Arthva's whipers could be heard throughout the hall.

'Yes…' she exclaimed

People went mad around the hall and Jai stood up, and slipped a diamond ring on her finger. They hugged and he kissed her again. This time, with all the love and passion he possessed.

Arthva and Krishna ran up to him and Jai lifted Krishna up, while Bani lifted Arthva up, and kissed them both on the cheek.. As the night wore on, people dwindled and it was just Massi, pushkar and the four left!

Massi ordered Pushkar to get the camera, and then told Jai, AK, KW and Bani to stand. All had big grins on their faces and click.

'The perfect family' Massi and Pushar said simultaneously!

Krishna and Arthva grew up with a mother around, and 6 months after their marriage, Bani found out she was pregnant. Krishna and Arthva and Jai were estatic. Bani had to be the most pampered pregnant woman around!

Bani had a little girl, who they named Diya, and she was the apple of everyone's eye. And they lived happily ever after. Well, almost, With their little fights and then making up afterwards, life was never boring for Jai and Bani!
