He has patched up with Ekta Kapoor. The big fight of the TV industry is over. Ekta and Sandiip are friends once again and ready to work together. For the past 11 months, Sandiip has been nursing old wounds. It may be recalled that he had severed all connections, in a clean sweep, with his 'parent company' Balaji Telefilms and mentor Ekta Kapoor. The great duo spilt and Sandiip went and joined Sony TV, taking away with him all the creative juices he had poured into Balaji. Now, Sandiip is grinning from ear to ear. He says, "Most of our differences were created by others. Too much noise was created over something small. The whole issue was portrayed to be really big and ugly." Did he mean to say there were no differences whatsoever between him and Ekta? "I admit that there was a point when there was a huge gap between us when we worked together… But working with Ekta was always a pleasure. It's great to be working with her again." So who took the initiative for the patch-up, Ekta or him? Or was there a mediator? Speaking candidly, Sandiip says, "I took the first step. I called up Shobha Aunty and she said that it was high time we (Ekta and I) had a dialogue to end our differences. After this call we met and had a long chat. We realised that a lot of people had tried to create differences between us and a lot of people had tried to blow things out of proportion. They misrepresented both of us. We needed to close this whole chapter and move on…" Sounding relieved that finally everything was fine between the two Sikcand says, "Ekta is my mentor and Balaji has been like home and my parent company. I've learnt so much from her. Ekta and I spoke on a personal level. Sandiip Sikcand So what exactly had gone wrong between him and Ekta? Sounding guarded, Sandiip says, "I don't want to get into that. Whatever we spoke about, and how we spoke, is personal. Both of us wanted this to happen for a long time and now we want let bygones remain bygones… We have cleared the differences and I'm happy that all differences between us are over and finished. It was very important for me to do this." Now Balaji Telefilms' new show, Khwahish shot in Dubai, is soon to be launched on Sony TV. Could this be a result of the Ekta-Sandiip re-bonding? Woww...good news...I really really Hope SS takes up KS again...Ekta please show us some mercy and pass KS to SS...he will take care of it.

meena dear, SS is working with sony so he cannot take over KS till he leaves sony and so not possible for him to work for KS. ekta and SS r gonna work together for sony and not zee 😉

Well, from the rubbish they are allowing BT to show in KS, i do think they have no mind.😆

I am confused!!! Well can someone tell is he quitting SONY and joining BT full time ya hav thy patched up on personal front alone??Means he will be it sony and she will work with sony 😕 I am lost really.
But good thy worked and sorted out all issues

meena/farha, i agree their was one article 1 month back that SS is having issues with sony and will be leaving sony or some news was their he left sony and then he continue to work with them so farha u might be right that he is leaving sony and that's why patch up with ekta and now as ekta will be more involved with her American project she won't have enough time left for indian operations so we may get SS back into BT (if this will happen this will prove that even ekta does not trust NB) 😉
