After watching the episode its so obvious Jai is innocent.. when they showed th video clip they showed a very distressed and worried looking Jai carrying a sick or drunk woman inside a room... he did not look like a rapist from any angle he looked like some one who was trying to help the woman out by making her lie down. He takes off her shoes an rubs her feet and hands probably coz she was cold and fainting and he needed to warm her up... all the while the expressions on his face are not sleezy like a sick rapist who is just gonna attack.. he looks concerned.
This is my prediction...maybe Jai was in Turkey for some business deal.. if this incident occured 20 years ago he was probably just in the process of making it big. I guess he was gonna win the contract and some rivals might have wanted to malign his reputation. At a party they must have seen him leaving with the woman he might have been helping her out and they must have recorded it all. The next days the news must have hit the headlines that Jai walia rapes some girl... In the humiliation the girl must have killed herself and Jai in order to escape the whole ordeal must have paid some people off and returned to India. AD must be thinking that Jai indeed raped and murdered his wife and this is why he is looking for revenge.
Soon enough everyone will know Jai is innocent and Bani will feel like scum for mistrusting him. I think today Jai is pretty much destroyed when you have hit rock bottom u cant go any further down after that u have to rise.. so look positively now Jai's happiness will slowly return.. Bani will find out the truth soon enough and his innocence will be proved.
Bloopers of the episode... Im confused did this so called rape incident occur 5 years ago or 20 years ago.. Both time frames have been mentioned by AD so im confused. If it did occur 20 years ago how come Jai Walia has white hair in the video clip...when he had jet black hair in the Park Road incident which was only 7 years before Bani and his wedding. If this incident occured 20 years ago pushkar must have been a kid so how does he know about the incident. If it occured 5 years ago I can understand why Jai has white hair and how pushkar knows but how come no one else remembers him coming to Turkey 5 years ago and why does AD keep talking about a 20 year old enimity between them.
