hasnt ram....?

im not being mean or anything and i really like ram (jai) but hasnt he been gaining weight lately??? it seems that hes getting chubby err lol

well it depends on the way his clothes fit some make him look thin some make him look fat 😕 by the way its weight

OMG 😆 i have stopped watching KS... because it's so boring... but everytime i flip to the channel i always see jai getting fatter.. not to be mean...
but from the days wen he first started out the show.. he was WAYYY better looking (even though i still thought he was chubby then compared to ghar ek mandir)
he should try to keep in shape since he's constantly in the limelight and his popularity has taken a new birth after ghar ek mandir..

If a give my oppion a think Ram aka jai looked like a dead duck back in his hey days 🤢 but now the guy seems much hotter and delisious 👏 other than the weight he keeps putting on that makes him look bad 😆

To me it looks like he has been losing weight... i mean if u compare him to the episodes around the time of Jai/Pia ONS

Not only does it look very bad, but also from a health perspective it is no good at all!

I really expected him to have lost a lot of weight by now... but unfortunately that has not happened 🤢

He should watch Suniel Shetty's awesome new show "Biggest Loser Jeetega" and get some inspiration. Over there, people who are even more out of shape than Ram Kapoor slog their guts off to lose weight and get slimmer... if they can do it, then there is no reason why Ram Kapoor shouldn't be able to do it also.
