after i was done reading the ff this reminded me of Dhakan and Kasak the old one of Neelam and Rishi Kapoor, where Neelam does not love Rishi Kapoor because of her past because she love another dude and he died, and realized the love for rishi kapoor character from the same treatment that jai is giving bani😉

After the cake cutting was over

she had on payals,

and she even had on a bindi …

As soon as she got the chance

Bani quietly snuck up stairs;

everyone was busy talking amongst themselves

No one noticed a tall,

dark figure follow her up the stairs

only a few feet behind her,

not even Bani.

Bani was muttering a soft 'thank you' to Massi

for insisting that everyone get rooms at the hotel

so that it would be easier to change

Bani was making her way towards her and Jai's room to change

but realized that she didn't bring extra clothes with her,

not party clothes at least.

Instead Bani changed her direction

and went to Pia's room, a

little further down the hall,

because Pia had brought a few outfits with her

since she wasn't sure which one she wanted to wear

Bani entered the room

and closed the door behind her

and took a few steps in;

she didn't realize that she hadn't locked the door.

Bani had only taken about ten steps in

when all of a sudden the main door to that room

burst open with a loud bang.

Bani turned around with a loud gasp and fear in her eyes.

Bani: Oh my God, its you.

she said with one hand over her still rapidly beating heart,

as she recognized the figure in the door way

as none other than Tarun
