Very true. St. Kash at least fought her own battles, did not become a pawn for Archie or Swayam.

But honestly, Aamna was lousy throughout KTH but was brilliant in the revenge sequence where she portrait a person split between her luv for Sujal and vengeance for Piyush very well. PD/BW just does not look convincing enuff as an avenging angel she is so cuuuuute that you just want to cuddle her. In fact in that seen where she looks at Pia hugging Munna, she looks more like a jealous wife than a woman out for revenge.
***Aamna was a lousy and very emotionless, but that revenge track was really great and made us stick to our seats until it was not over, but I watch KS now a days expecting that I would get something worth to see, but our Munni is just dressed fashionably to look young (I honestly feel it doesnt suit her current character) and looks like a doll, nothing more! Instead of crying to look young, why not concentrate on the track 😕 ! Why are creatives doing this with this show?? 😕 😡 Munna and Munni are just gaping about what's happening with them and forgetting what exactly they are suppose to do ? And ADbhoot bhaiyya is very busy with this crazy acts 🤢 ! its a total crap! I m so frustrated seeing the current track of KS 😡

I dont think they should have come with the revenge track at all, BW's character and PD's looks/skills just dont portray an avenging angel at all.

They should have stuck to their original leap tracks- either Bani vanishing and coming back as a competitor and being cold towards JW and the kids playing cupid OR

JW disappearing, getting baizzat buried and Bani-Krishna duo discovering him and healing his wounds.

***I agree Pri, she looks better showing cold shoulders to her hubby than the current crappy role 🤢 ! But when they decided the track, atleast they should hv made it much more convincing than the mess they are currently showing, I mean, I m tired of those slow motion dialogues like ADbhoot, Ajooba, Andekha everyday 🤢 😡

I agree. This doesn't look like BAni's revenge at all. She should have been shown as sucessful business wonam trying to take over Wm. Current Bani doesn't look like has done anything than sulk for kids & burn Walia pics.

How is she going to take revnge on her own as she told AD without any plan? had 5 yrs to do that.

fabulous post hims di 👏 nice to see u back..i agree with u the story has shifted the spotlight to unnescesarry people and events..ekta has brought in so many new characters that the focus has been shifted to them 😭 now in each epi we hardly see jai and bani all we see are those silly sisters and AD 🤢

Anyways...I agree that at the pace the story is moving forward... it does not seem like Bani's revenge track...but this i show I see it...

1. When she was in London, all her thoughts were concentrated on avenging her self. She was the weapon of mass destruction

2. Now that she is India, the mother in her came to the forefront and the chance encounter with Atharva just weakened her further... So basically Durga was back to being Bani..

3. At this stage, revenge sort of took back stage and seeing her kids came to the forefront. Hence it is necessary to spend a few days converting Bani into Durga once again... And since u too brought in Mahabharat... Arjun had prepared for the war...but the minute he saw Bhisma (his father figure) standing opposite him, he weakened..

So as a parallel, the 5 years of the leap were the war prep time. Last week was Arjun's weaking time. This week was the Geeta Updesh. Next will be the war.

4. As for concentrating on AD (Shakuni of the final war). In the book or the serial of Mahabharat his story did not get much scope. But there was a very gruesome story behind his being the mastermind for the mas destruction of Kuru Vansh (the heirs of Kuru - Kauravs and Pandavs).

The way history is written, the villian's side of story is never ever fully given. I am glad we are not seeing that happen here.

I am truly interested what made our Shakuni what he is, and why he is also being Krishna in disguise, strengthening Arjun.

And like I said in my Mahabharat thread, Krishna (and this is my opinion only) was never portrayed as the white God. He used tricks as and when needed (Dashavatar is basically the story of evolution of man if you look at it that way). And he knew that if he did not instigate the Pandavs to annhilate the Kauravs and the people with him, Kal Yug would come in faster. And like Barbaric said, it was not Arjun or Bhim who caused the destruction in war, it was all Krishna's sudarshan chakra's doing...
