Is It Realy Bani's Story? I dont think so

first of all warm hug and a big Mwaaaaaaaaahhhhh to all my JB despo friends. i miss you all and our discussions...........😭

what i intend to ask you here is whether Kasam Se is truely Bani's story? is it her fight with her own people as they call it Mahabharat???

is it really her at the center of all the drama???

i dont think so. reasons??? well. she does seem center of galaxy for kasam se but when it comes to her role and due respect and importance as a character, she is not.

yes, it was her story by the time ONS happened. She took her decisions, she made her own moves, she suffered and sometimes she won it too. but what now????

isnt she a 'Kathaputli' whose strings are in AD-BHOOT's hands??? isnt he the master of game, just using her hurt, pain to attain his own goals???

isnt he fueling the fire in bani's heart so that it can burn jai walia and his family???

where in this scenario does bani fit??? whatever she would do from now on to destruct jai walia would be helpful for AD-bhoot only....where is her revenge???

though they are making it look as if its bani's fight in fact war...i dont think it is.

its now a story of clash of titans. where bani is simply the purpose or a mere weapon..........

even in Mahabharat, it all started with draupadi but the ultimate war was between kaurava and pandavas...........draupadi and her revenge was forgotten as it later on became war of egos where draupadi and her hurt and pain was no place..........

so isnt bani todays Draupadi????????

himu a warm hug to u too.....and very aptly put it is no longer bani's revenge but more abt AD and his past ...bani is the weapon he created which is jai walia's biggest weakness...if bani stands in front of munna AD will win the waar hands down unless the destructives decide to suprise us by showing jai walia found his lost spine..am sooo angry with the way the are treating munna for glorification of other characters

That is my biggest grouse about this track that Bani has completely been sidelined. We have seen no action from her post leap except burn pictures. The Bani we know is a person of action and her kids were taken away and she is back in india after 5 years and she has made no attempt to sneak a peek at the kids even. The whole leap hype was around bani getting her revenge. All I see happen is new characters being introduced right left and center and the story completely sidelining the two main protagonists and making them mere puppets.

As a loyal KS viewer I wanted to see some continuity in the storyline, but alas the deatructives have struck again.

You are right, the point of bani's revenge has been lost.

Great post and very interesting analogy between Draupadi and Bani, although you may do Draupadi a great disservice by comparing her to Bani 😉 For me Draupadi is one of the strongest and most fascinating female characters in Hindu mythology. Strong, sensual, enigmatic and with a great sense of self. Her desire to wash her hair in Dushasana's blood still gives me goosebumps. I really can't see anything similar in Bani.
All she seems to do is burn photos and pray to the goddess Durga - no concrete plan for revenge apart from remembering all the injustices done to her I am really really disappointed with the whole revenge track...its simply become a lerts-glorify-Adbhoot ajooba track and I simply can't stand AD and his over the top dialogues anymore. 🤢
I raelly wanted Bani to take revenge against the three witches, but that seem like happening either...sigh. Why do we ever expect anything good from the Kreatives anyway?

This seems to be the JB despos main grouse against the current storyline that JW and Bani have been pushed to the sidelines and Adbhoot is being glorified.

But can it really be otherwise. Is it really realistic to expect an angootha chhaap Bani to come back 5 years with the wealth and power of a big time tycoon like JW who had inherited an empire and built it over 25 years or so?

The only alternative then was that she would do a St. Kash and destroy him from within with JW deliberately letting her walk all over him.

In either case, Bani would have to depend on a Man to take her revenge, with the men in question having their own vested agenda.

So either Mayee assaults the sensitivity of feminists or the common sense of all viewers.

By showing viewers that first sahil was the mastermind and than PIa being able to pull all all that, they have repeatedly made assaults on our common sense, so what's a little more if it shows Bani is a position of power.

ks is no more JB story...it is AD/Pia story even though they are not paired... things are moving in favour of them... they could even shoot the kids playing than showing that rapt*** face. now AD-mabhoot also came to use durga/bani to change her son... well, that change means bani will be paired with AD...

i don't think there will be a durga act... if there is then durga will first destroy AD along with his Bhoots... then will go back to three bhoots in WM...

as his mother said durga not always destroys... hmmmm that is it she said it

pri if the destructives had introduced the trackas such abt AD and his past and bani with him there wld have been no grude or dissappointment during the leap.every street had hoarding i was in delhi everywhere there was hoarding saying ab hoga mera faisla..even in mumbai...so we expected AD to help bani take revenge instead it is happening the other way around.....and it is only aimed a t jai walia as usual...what happened to behen ki chaal

Totall agree with that Megs...Mayee and common sense, what any oxymoron that is 😆 If Munna can keep signing away and regaining his life, Pia can plot the mother of all silly plots to separate J-B, Tarun can be a hot shot lawyer and Sahil the mastermind....then why not Munni be rich and powerful?
Even if AD is necessary to the story, my main grouse is that it should be Bani's revenge....not AD's...he needs to be in the background, not given the prominence he currently enjoys!

That's the way Balaji works. It is the poor hubby who becomes the bali ka bakra. Seen that with Sujal and I believe Suyash Mehra (no KGGK expert me, though).
