kids--she is a mother now and the mother pov is important--she will never

Atlease bani as a mother didn't let us down today. She pretty much told AD that NO ONE can come b/w her kids and her.
Having said that, felt that something was missing in that scene. Is it only me or do others feel it too, that, PD is not able to emote. I'm a great fan of this young talented actress. Have see many of her awe inspiring performances: her original wedding sequence, C-nigh (she was fabulous), post ONS revelation, jail scenes followed by MA ...just to name a few.
But, her scene today with kids didn't have any depth at all. She did'nt hug them even ONCE. 'Common, meeting them was like her 'tapasya' bearing fruit. But, it wasn't like that at all.
Maybe, as she often said in print, she is not quite comfortable playing a mother at all. She doesn't even dress like one. Whereas if we look @, Arunima is playing rano to perfection, be it her dressing, her body lang, dialogues everything.. she has fit into the role like a T. Wish I could say that about PD.. something is missing. just hoping she doesn't disappoint us playing Durga.

This is just my personal viewpoint. Since this thread was intended for bani/Durga's journey, I thought I would my 2C about PD who is playing Bani/Durga.

I thought the same--that how come she didnt hug the children-there
indeed was something missing--it would have been a great emotional
scene if Bani had kissed & hugged her children--yes Rano plays the
mother well--I thnk it will be difficult for PD to portry a mother if as an
actress she is not comfortable thn its going to show--and she is a young
actress---

Yeah,
these shows are such a far cry from reality. They go with actors whims and fansies. If an actor doesn't want to play a pregnant woman, they show her stomach flat with a gestation period of an elephant.
If a person is serious about acting, then they have to be atleast sincere in their effort. She is 18 and playign a role of a 27 yr old. that's not bad. There are many actors out there who are playing older roles. how long does she want to play a teeny bopper lovergirl roles.

the time isn't ripe for that....
and if she would hug her kids now... then everything would be over.... she would breakdown... and her revenge would died that moment....
so it's better this way....

Does she have to check a panchaang to hug her kids? Anytime is good for a mom to hug her kids. I didn't understand. why would she breakdown, become weak.
Infact, that should make her even more resillient than before.. to take on JW & Pia

as I said the moment wasn't there.... these childeren are her weakness, and if she breakdown, dear.... she will end up losing her kids...pia wont let her have them.... pia will break her again..... . and these 5 years will be a waist.....

See, even u used Pia trump card to shut me up. I wasn't thinking about her. I was probably expecting too much after reading today's update about the scene. Read too much into Bani - kids milan scene.

but her breaking down.... what good would that have been.....pia would win then still after 5 years.... and theis pleasure she cant give them.....

Bravie, yesterday's episode was very good and finally story is moving on and I like it cos I got my share of Bani…😉😆😆

Okay, seriously, Like you said in one other post, Bani entering the house is great symbolism to show that she is the one and only true malkin of the house. Probably to show that she will be back in WM by marrying Jai once again as Bani or DDG?😕

Yesterday, Bani was angry with AD and surprisingly AD seems to be hurt…So, probably time for AD to change?!?😕

Finally, Rano suspects that Bani might be alive…I said in one of Anju's post that Rano might actually act as a bridge between Jai and Bani and she is gonna be hanuman of KS…now I think I am kind of being sure that Rano will be the one who might find out about Bani and use the kids to get Bani out of Durga.

Finally, JW realises that he has a strong opponent and he needs to get into action. Pia is getting into her own web by giving information about AD and DDG…If Jai sees DDG, then Pia will lose everything, not that she has anything now. Pia says DDG is strength of AD which is true but I think DDG is also kind of turning against AD. I have always said that Bani's trusting nature did not change and she trusts AD and it seems to be true too.

I am wondering what Bani will do to AD when she gets to know that AD all along (for 5 years) knew that JW is innocent but hid that truth from her?
