Hasn't Pia's character suffered most...?

Guys... a thought... for a minute, try and seperate Pia from her effects on J-B, and just look at Pia's character in isolation...

We always talk about the destruction of J-B's characters, each camp complaining that their favourite has been butchered the worst, but all agreeing that character-butchering has happened with both.

However, having read today's update i think the worst butchering that any character has ever suffered is Pia's!! 😕

Someone who was so fiercely protective of her sisters as to threaten JW with police and insinuate rape (ironic na?! 😆 )... the girl who gave such cutting and witty answers back to Roshni and Jigs whenever they said a word out of line to Bani or Rano... the girl who almost turned back after eloping, purely because she was guilt-ridden about what that would do to her sister... 👏

What has she turned into - without rhyme or reason I might add?!! 🤢

A sick and twisted witch who openly colludes with that same Jigyaasa to bring Bani to her knees? 😡 Not just to have her out of JW's life, but to have her locked up in a mental asylum!!! A witch who is threatening the man she supposedly loves with the health and safety of his two newborn children?! 😭 😭 😭 Children to whom she is a maasi!!!! As in "maa-jaisi"!!

No human being would ever do such a violent 180' turn without some catastrophic, mentally torturing catalystic event or reason - and Pia's excuse... jealousy of wealth and status and infatuation with JW?!! 😕 😕 😕

It's just plain ridiculous!

This is why I opine - that perhaps, out of all the characters in the confused mess that KS has become, it is Pia's character who has suffered the worst slaughter of all. 😳

Its funny Cordy. From the getgo Pia has rubbed audiences the wrong way. I dont feel any sympathy for her whatsoever. I remember reading something on the three sisters at the start of KS and it said that Pia loves her sisters, but loves money and fame more than anything. That said it all for me. Her shades of gray have become darker as time progressed.

That tinge of jealousy that she possessed never left her and she could never learn to live with what she had. Shes never been an outright positive character. I remember during the golden days of KS (June 26 ep) when Pia enters JWs room (Bani caught in fire), we hated her for that. Just her entering their room made us irritated.

So in perspective, we have never liked Pia (with few exceptions in the forum) and have always viewed her as a hindrance to KS.

I'd have to totally agree of that... Honestly, no character has been hit worse that Pia. The original Pia have been selfish, but her looking out for herself included her sisters. She'd go out of her way to trbl anyone who hurt her sisters in the slightest. The old Pia turned her back on wealth for love. Fiercely protective of her sisters, there is no good reason for her sudden volte face...

i'm not saying i like her character, or even feel sorry for what she has become!!

i am simply saying that the witch she had become is completely unrealistic as a character, especially considering what she was before.

as much as we hate her, how can it be denied that she did love Bani and Rano to death - it is just not a believable character progression for her to turn this black - it's purely another example of the inability of the creatives to come up with a decent stoyline! 😕

that's exactly what i mean!!! there would never be a valid reason for Pia's behaviour at the moment, but at least you would expect some catalyst, some masive misunderstanding at least!!! nope, instead we just get crappy writing and convenient character slaughter from halfwits who call themselves creative writers!!! 😆

Never liked nor do I care for the character of Pia. There was just something about her character from the get go that never appealed to me. Her character has suffered most because of the kind of person she isn selfish, manipulative and psychotic. She deserves no symapthy and won't get any from me.

😆 im not expecting sympathy for her at all!! i dont think you see what im saying... my point is that the progression of her character is so terribly etched and so unrealistic and ridiculous - yes she was always selfish even manipulative to some extent - but psychotic?!!

its tru ryt 4m da beginnin she has bin selfish n manipulative but she had empathy towards her sistas but now its all me me me me

Maybe you see it as unrealistic but fact of life is that there are people like her out there. Maybe her progression as to where she began and where she is right now wasn't really explored but fact is people change for varying reasons and mostly to suit themselves and when people are pretty much determined to get what they want they can and will do anything. She is psychotic because she's operating on a level where what she does, doesn't even matter to her just as long as she gets what she wants. She's pretty much unfeeling and operating on an obssessive level. In short she's sick and should be in the asylum instead of Bani.

Her character has been severedly butchered. I mean a girl who wanted the "rich" life. (But then who doesnt)She was always the clever one, getting them the ticket/seat on the train. Actually sticking up to JW. To a character who despises her sisters, is cold cruel and inhumane. It just doesnt add up!
