twin blooper

I think this is a major medical blooper, how couldnt the doctor or gynocologist see or notice that its a twin, I| mean bani is rich enough to have enough check ups nd ultra sounds,they couldnt see it before? Its so depressing sometimes that they ignore logic in these serials😕

there a girl currently in my college who found out two weeks ago that she is 7 months pregnant.. she was normal as u say and everything...

she dropped on the ground [fainted] and the near by hosp was called the ambulence came and everything.. that same say she had another shock that shes preggers!
