KARUNA postive or negative

One thing that I am not able to understand is Karuna being a postive or a negative character?

I mean the way that she acts, she seems like she is a caring person in a very positive role.

However since she knows that Pia drugged Jai, how come she didn't tell anyone.

Maybe I missed that part, can anyone clear this for me.

I would really appreciate it.

It has been driving me nuts.

Who knows!? Shes hiding such big secrets.. and what she has to say could greatly help Jai, and help Pia out of the house; however, there has to be something holding her back. .problem is what..
