Question Or Blooper

I know we are supposed to keep our brains aside while watching a soap...but did this occur to you -

Massi says to Jai that the house is still on my name so she asks him to leave the house....

Bani signs some papers by which Pia tells everyone that she can stay in the mansion.....

Can Massi not say anything rather than just giving disgusted looks to Jai Pia or Bani ?

I mean theek hai Bani signs papers for the money/hakk to Pias child....but with what hakk has she come to WM ? and why can Masi now not say anything ? Is this a blooper or double standard ? Infact if Pia is dhakka marofied from the house Raashi will be more happy....right ?
