as far as legal formalities are concerned bani has one more time done what she thinks is great and without asking jai or caring for his reaction has named the tadpole as Walia heir....

Well, they will definetly ask but not after their husband tells them (for what ever reasons) that he went to the other women out of "need" and he came to her out of "pity".
