That was extremely nasty of him and if I remember right he was hauled to the cleaners by the Forum. And Bani to her credit did forgive him.
Post KC-night, JW did forgive her for banigiri/jasoosi. You are right that she never commited adultery but physically infidelity is not the only assault against matrimonial realtionships.
