LOL at the moment doesnt seem like it! But yes, he knows that Bani wouldnt be able to handle it and as time passed his nightmares were getting worse and worse-- if you recall the last one had Bani committing suicide. He was suffering, but knew that Bani wouldnt be able to handle this type of shock.

JW drank himself into a ONS because his wife left him.

Not much of a diff between Bani's father and husband, both drank themselves to death and mistake because their wife left them.

He had only said that he had killed her in an accident, he had never said that he had murdered KD (although that would have been a justifiable act).

And JW called her a w**** when she HERSELF to be preggie by another man (Anu karnama). In the Pia surgery epi, he never called her a w****, he said that while a w**** sells her body, you've sold everything which strictly speaking was true. She had taken a job with a shady competitor who had paid her Rs. 4 lakhs as an advance not bcos she deserved it but bcos he wanted to humiliate JW.
