Everyone in the family are so happy and congratulates Jai and Bani. They got delayed and had just arrived early in the morning they proceed for the press conference and announces their engagement. Jai answers most of the question
In the evening a grant party was arranged. The whole lawn and the house was lit up there were huge bouquets of roses and lilies in various colours they had Shamak Davars troop is giving a dance performance. It felt that the party was who's who. Finally we have the guest of honor coming Jai looking dashing in his off white Sherwani and Bani in a magenta color lehanga with a heavy chocker dangling earrings matching bangles she really did look like a stunning angel. The party is in full swing Jai opens the champagne bottle. They mingle with the guests
During the party Jai hears conversation of a group of men folk gathered at the corner table.
First she is the business partner now his fianc what is the chakar here.

Next day in the morning all the papers are carrying the news of the party and Bani feels awkward about all this fanfare.
In the office
All Family members that are the part of the board Adi, massi, jigyasa, Barnali, Ranveer nachiketh, bani, tarun, the legal team representative, bankers other associates are also present with whom Jai has buissnes tie ups.

All of them are dazed especially Bani as She never knew she will be coming into so much of wealth.

Massi: Jai Once in your life It thought you would follow your heart and not business.
Jai just sits with his head down
Tarun: Jai I thought you had explained all this to her. How could you
Jai: God Tarun, Massi please understand only when your father was reading the stakes I realized the gravity of the situation.
Tarun: you have only you to blame for this screw up my friend be ready with answers for the press too. I am sure Bani will be back with a bang.
Jai: Massi he was literally in tears but holding it off how come massi she could just leave me like that and accuses me. I have never wanted anything so badly in life.
Massi: Well then munna nothing less than a miracle will help you to win her. (But she could feel that her munna had not realized the gravity of the situation and for the very first time Jai Walia was not concentrating on the business side.)
Later in the evening
Massi goes and talks to Bani who is talking with Nachi and she has moved to her new house. As massi enters she takes her blessings
Massi: I hope you are not angry with me
Bani: Why it was Jai's mistake. I had only asked him to be truthful to me and he couldn't do that also
Massi: I have not come to discuss about that, whatever happens you will be my daughter and munna is not that bad only that he has never had to explain anything to any one.
Nachi: Well that part I can also guarantee. He is the king and no one questions him you would be first one who has gone against him.
Bani: God I sound like a rebel
Massi: No may be my muuna has finally found a match for him. Befitting queen for the king.
Nachi: That's right Bani you should join the office and give bhai a real hard time.
Massi: That would be good and I hope in time may be you could work out your differences.
They say goodnight and part ways. Massi tells nachiketh to be with her as she is all alone and Pia will be join them only at the end of the week
Next day papers are full about the news about Jai's success story and singing gaga over his control. Massi had informed him last night over dinner that Bani will be joining the office. Jai and bani throw away the paper and heads for the office in the car park they head for the lift door at the same time. Bani was feeling like running away from there.
Jai: Good morning Bani you never answered my calls and didn't wish me goodnight. He notices she is still wearing his ring (so there is hope)
Bani; controlling her emotions after what you have done I should be throwing this at your face showing the ring.
Jai: Panics I can explain
Bani: there will be lot of explanations and hope you are miserable as I am.
Jai: I am willing to wait till you understand the whole situation. What ever I said to my father that was years ago I was angry with him as he never explained any of his actions just follow them when I had been working so hard to get his approval and understanding
Bani; now you are accusing baba God Jai how can you be such a hypocrite
Jai: what do you mean by that?
Bani: look at yourself what you are doing now before you point your finger at baba.
Jai: Are you saying that Iam just like my father oh stop it bani you don't know half the story.
Bani: Then enlighten me
Jai: For dad it was business before family and their needs he destroyed anything that stood in his way. Not to forget the entire woman he paraded in spite of being married twice.
Bani: Show some respect at least for the fact he is the reason you are what you are because of him.
Jai: well I don't deny that.
Bani: Jai Walia agreeing with a somebody That's a start and steps out of the lift.
Jai: holds her hand tightly and pulls bani closer you are not some body you are my fianc
Bani: I forgot. Takes the ring out and gives it to him and says you can keep it as an investment.
Jai: Why are you doing this bani looking into her eyes and trying to hold her still. Please don't you are my angel and comes closer slowly bani is getting drowned in those eyes and he begins to kiss her his sectary comes too inform him that the press is waiting and the spell is broken. And she leaves.
Jai: Come on Bani take the ring back you can't deny this feeling between us.
Bani: this is the last time you get to do that and stop playing with my emotions. And walks off.
Jai: cursing himself I hope dad you are happy now it looks like I am losing the most thing that matters to me.
Two days pass by there Jai is walking on a tight rope and he notices that nachiketh is getting closer to Bani as he now drops and picks her up he is also aware that he is staying with her for the week as she is alone. Bani never answers Jai's call though every morning he wishes her good morning and can here her phone his message. Jai keeps the ring always in his pocket After the fiasco in the lift Bani avoids Jai like plague and they never get a minute alone. After a weekBani is not in office for two days and he overhears that Bani is sick from massi and nachikeths conversation. He rushes to see her and is shocked.
