The clock struck midnight at that very moment. Jai dropped a kiss on the top of Bani's head and she trembled. His voice waxed husky. "Come with me darling, I have a surprise for you" he said to her and led her to the porch outside…………. there she saw a bucket of champagne lying chilled, waiting to be popped open, a huge bouquet of red roses, her favourite, heart shaped balloons swaying to the music and the wind, a fresh cream pineapple cake in the shape of a farmhouse which resembled her house in Mt. Abu, some horse figurines on it holding a banner which read "Happy Birthday Sunshine" ……………….. a heart shaped candle, waiting to be lit and blown, a bowl of fresh strawberries topped with cream, a platter of stuffed chicken and roasted onions and potatoes, again Bani's favourite and the works ………… How can a man like him forget your special day when you're his everything and very special to him...? 😳 😛 😳
Jai then gently kissed her again, lit the candle, gave Bani a knife to cut the cake and sang "happy birthday to you ………………..". I think I am nearly going down...😛
