i sprained my hand playing tennis. pulled some nerves, kept ignoring it and now it is become quiet bad. so have been typing with my left hand, one alphabet at a time, extremely frustrating, or then asking my friend to type out while i dictated. could not avoid it becoz of the motw, but am glad it is over today. the pain is really excruciating at times. doc has given meds and ointment, says rest ......... like that is possible
