My first Job

I got my first job with adman Prahlad Kakar in 1992. On paper, I was his assistant director, but in reality, I was his flunkie/Man Friday/punching bag. I don't think anyone has got more gaalis from Prahlad than I have. I drew a salary of Rs 2,000 per month, and used my first pay to spruce up my khatara Yamaha bike. I worked behind-the-scenes for two years, since I didn't have the courage to admit that I wanted to act. Finally, I went to the US to study acting in 1994, and began my career in 1999.
