Chapter 11
-Once bani got the news that she could take her exams she has been totally devoted to studying. She waneted to get really high marks. She has spent her whole life in getting her degree and now she will finally have it. Bani has spent the nights b4 the exams studying in the study. She always get hot samosas and hot tea sent to her. They were her favorite things. If she was having a hard time or a bad day, having those made her feel better all the time. She figured that Jigyasa had them sent to her. What she didn't know was that it wasn't Jigyasa, it was Jai. Jai saw how stressed she would get and he heard Jig saying that Bani liked the samosas and tea. Jai told Tony to make sure that every night while she was studying Bani got her little treats. Now it is the morinig of the exams and Bani and Jigyasa are running downstairs to get to college on time.-
B- Jiggs jaldi yaar, we cant be late.
Jig- Bani darling, chill. We still have time b4 the exams.
B- Patah hai, lekin I want to study more.
Jig- Uff, tu toh paar paar ke pagal hojayegi.
(Massi and Dadi just did the morning pooja nd r giving the girls the prasad, and Bani is taking ashriwad from them. Just then Jai comes down in his…killer Black suit..haye)
J- Aare, Jigyasa Bani aaj tum logo ka exams hai na?
Jig- Ji bhaia, we were just leaving, after breakfast. (Jigyasa goes to the table to eat with everyone else, but Bani dosent)
J- Aare Bani tum nahin khaogi?
B- Nahin, woh…im too nervous, main nahin kah sakti aab.
J- Kuch toh lo na…Juice?
(he hands her a glass of OJ and bani takes it)
Jig- Yeh kya hai, aagar main tumhe yeh juice dete toh tum khabi nahin lete, lekin jab bhaia ne dia to fata fat leliya.
S- Bani Bhabi aap bhaia ko itni power mat dijiye, not good for his ego.
(Bani blushes and looks down)
J- Sahil!
Jig- Ok Bani chalo.
(They are about to leave when…)
J- Bani…
B- Ji
(Jai hands her a very nice braceler, its silver with a few charms on it…an orchid, a butterfly and 2 lil girls(supposed to be Bani and Rano))
B- Ji, yeh kya hai?
J- Ek good luck bracelet…so u are very successful on your exams.
(Everyone is looking and smiling to see Jais gesture for Bani. Bani herself is surprised, no one ever thought about her like this)
B- Thank You, bohot pyaari hai.
(They are about to leave when jai call her back)
J- Bani…(she turns around)…Good luck (and Jai leaves for work)
S- Haan girls good luck. Ummmm…Adi bhaia
A- Ji Sahil bete, what r u thinking now/
S- Nahin woh…Jai bhaia ne kitni pyaar se Bani bhabi koek bracelet diya, aap Jigyasa ko kuch nahin diya.
A- Haan ….woh…
S- OK, kaam se kaam toh good luck kehe dijiye.
A- Haan haan, Good luck Jigyasa (They look at eachother for a few seconds)…ummm Bani u too…(Adi leaves)
(Sahil also leaves but winks at Bani b4 gving her a hint of something between Jigyasa and Adi)
(Anu, Jigyasa and Bani all go and take the exams an dthey are happy that it is finally over. Now they just have to wait for the results. They are all planning to go out and have fun, when they see a Black BMW parked out in front of the college with a driver waiting for them with a bunch or flowers…esp. orchids..Banis favorite)
A- Aare yaar, how sweet is that…us ladki ki toh kismat kulgayi…kitni pyaar se kissi ne uske liye car aur flowers beje hai.
Jig- Haan yaar…so true…lekin kisske liye hai?
(Then the driver looks at sumthing in his had and starts walking towards the girls. They think he is going to someone behind them and are shocked when he stops in front of Bani)
D- Ji aap Bani madam hai na?
B- (surprised) Ji…aap…
D- Ji mujhe Mr. Walia ne beja hai. Use ne kahaan hai ke aap logo ko lunch ke liye ek resturant lejana hia aur uski baad movie theater. Yeh saab unki taraaf se treat, aur yeh phool aap ke liye. (He gives her th eflowers and bani reads the cared)
CARD- Bani I know u had a great exam. I know u studied very hard so u deserve a break. Todays lunch and movie is a treat on me, and anythign else u might want to do. And I know that right now Jigyasa and Anu are reading this card so they are also included on the treat. –Jai
Jig- Haye…mujhe nahin pata tha ke mere bhai itni romantic hai.
A- Bani teri toh lottery lag gayi.
B- Tum log bhi na, he is just being nice and considerate, besides it sfor u too.
Jig- Hum included hai sifr isliye kyun ki bhaia jantah hai ke tum hum dondo ko chod kar kahin nahin jayega.
A- Chod yeh saab, chalo.
(They get into the car and are taken to a nice little place Jai has booked out for them. Jai had already placed and order for foods. The place was decorated with orchids everywhere. They all had a great time. They were getting tired to they decided to just rent a movie and watch it at the Walia house home theater. They rented "Golmaal". They got home and put in the movie and it was just the girls, Anu, Jigyasa, Bani and Rano. They were all having a great time. The movie was funny and u could hear their laughter in the halls. They were throwing popcorn and candy at eachother. They were all in their PJ's. It was around 9pm and Jai had just gotten home. He hears all the noise and heads towards the theater and sees the girls having fun. He watches Bani for a while from th edoor. He likes to see her happy and laughing like that.)
J- Tum log abhi bhi movie dekh rahi ho?
(They all turn to see Jai: they all straighten up)
A- Jai bhaia who….lunch ki baad we were too tired so we rented a movie and just put it in.
Jig- Haan bhaia thanks for the treat. (Jigyasa looks at Rano and Anu giving the m a signal)
R- Aare, Jigg Didi aur Anu did I have to show u something plese come with me
(The girls leave but only after giving Bani a huge grin and wink. Now its just Jai and Bani in the room…they don't see the girls listening in from the other door)
J- Toh Bani tumhari exams kaisa raha?
B- Woh…aacha…
(they r quiet for al while and then Jai turns to leave)
B- Jai sir…woh
(Jai turns to face her)
B- Mujhe aap se kuch kehena tha…
