have just read a topic about freedom of speech, which i would like to add some personal oppinions or view points professionally. Forums are about expressing your oppions and debating on issues in this case kasamh se, when discussing or expressing your oppinions you have to word them carefully. Human Rights act does state to express your oppinion to a reasonalble level not to provoke the other party.
From my personal experiance as a criminologist the term 'freedom of speech' can be taken to literaly at times ie criticism on personal oppinions, politically, on the entertainment industry or generally can be taken to far.
What the viewers, readers and public have to bare in mind that not one human being on this planet can keep every individual happy in life!!!
Lets go back to Ram kapoor, Ekta, Roshini and Prachi, they are actors they have the ability to entertain the public and show there fans and the public of there acting abilities. For me a true actor is an actor who can bring the character to life, bring out the emotions no matter what the script is whether ram, roshini and prachi, brad pitt, sha rukh khan agree to the scrip or not acting is acting.
Certain scenes that have occured recently in kasamh se have irrated certain fans, why i dont know? (I am generalising here), situation like these happen on a daily basis around the world, so when a director gets critised for expressing certain situation is beyond my understanding?! Acting is there livelihood like criminolgy is mine, if one my collegues disagrees with me regarding a criminial, article, music, acting etc it doesnt give me the right to express my opinions on the level where others will get hurt.
The whole point of this is basically to appreciate each other view points, at same time express them at a reasonable level. By arguing or offending other will not change the situation or make it better for you but MOST IMPORTANTLY AGREE TO DISAGREE.
