though to be honest, balaji serials aren't the type to stick to a book and end it on a depressing note - the book has probabaly been used as a starter and kasasmh se takes off after that...

omg................i can't believe him....i can't begin to understand what's happening..it's all too soon..maybe..maybe he'll come to his senses..like he wud sense the vamillion falling too?!!!!! .............. poor bani...guys, i'm crying already!!

hey guyz in "Too much too soon" the eldest sister becomes as you call it "lifeless" because she loses hher baby and told i think she cant have kids again, i think its towards the end she finds out her sister in this case would be Pia had a one night stand with her husband which resorted in a child, but the child himself confronts her and he is quite mature late teens to be exact and tells her that her hubby and her sister had a one night stand.
only then the older sister and her hubby split up...but later in the book the youngest sister (in this case Rano)also tries to have an affair with the older sisters hubby, he declines her she does this because she too is lonely as her hubby used to to be violent towards her and she killed him she had a child who was deaf and because she was in prison locked away for murder she gave her child to her sister to bring up.. ...kinda messesd up..and to be frank the story of KS started off alot like TMTS until Bani replaced Pia and married Jai....so i dont know whats in store now....

yeah i read the book..... but i think Pia and Bani roles are reversed here...... Pia is married to the rich middle aged man and elder sister(bani) is married to (pushkar) young man who was brought up and works for rich middle aged man......

elder sis lost her baby......
second one has affair with elder sis's hubby.....

I read the book bought it on online used for a couple of $s. Nice book but KS has a nice desi twist to it. The charecters are developed with the help of the book you can see a lot of it. Like

Hanora(bani)- very attached to her sisters, especially Crystal, They miss each other and remember each other fondly even after many years of estangement. She is a mother to Joscelyn(Rano)and is always there for her. She is the gentlest fo the 3 and madly in love with her husband. Has a bad miscarriage and cannot concive for a long long time. eventually she does.

Crystal(pia) is the sexy, go getter. who settles down for a wealthy marriage. But she is loyal and honest to her husband who is much older. Has one encounter with Hanora's husband. (its not even a one night stand, no emotional attachement on either side) and has a son as a result. But never tells her sister or BIL about it. Until the son reveals it. That is when Honaora and Curt get seperated. but get back together later. Her relationship with Jos is similare to what Pia has with Rano. She becomes a powerful business woman after her hubands death.

Jos(rano) who is not very pretty but super inteligent. Is raised by Curt and Hanora, as she comes to them when she is 12yrs old. She holds a high position in Curts firm. She is married to a very handsome guy Malcom. sacrifies her own career to avert the jelousy Malcom feels about her success. He also physically abuses her a lot and she eventually kills him trying to protect her daughter from him. They have a deaf daughter. whom Hanora and Curt adopt and bring her up.

Malcom charecter is divided into 2 in KS, The dumb part played by Sahil and the abusive husband by Ranveer. It will be interesting to see if they get Rashi to kill Ranveer.

Masi, dadi, Jigyasa, Aditya as added to make the story desi.

Jai's charecter is partly based on Curt, and partly from Jane Austen heroes, I think. Powerful, very rich, Cares for his siblings welfare and generous with them. Very lonely comes across as a arrogant snob. But totally melts when he falls in love. His girl is uasually kind, generous, self rightous and stands up against him.

Goda you hit the nail on the head with the Jane Austen comparison! I have said before that he is definitely Heathcliff (wuthering heights) and darcy (pride and prejudice) rolled into one - and that's one of the reasons i love him!! 😉

I agree with that, I really hope they don't turn KS into the book!!!
